The hotel is new, clean. Good location and quiet place.

The whole impression of this hotel crosses out the unprofessionalism of the reception staff. My electronic key didn't work and I couldn't get inside the hotel after I went down to the parking lot to get some things from my car. A girl named Sarah refused to help me. She said that neither I nor my husband were registered at the hotel, and no one was living in our room. She was rude and didn't even apologize when the situation was taken care of by another employee. My phone was left in the room, and I couldn't even call my husband to come down for me. Be prepared that you may not be allowed inside because the employees do not know how to use a computer! Also on the second day in the toilet there was a terrible smell of their sewage.

I love the fact that this is a new facility. So the impression of the guest with respect to the cleanliness of the room, the appliances the overall expectation was met. However I believe based upon my experience and the observance of another unsatisfied guest , more training may need to be provided to the staff so that the guest is met with friendly courteous and more importantly respectful staff. No one should walk away feeling disturbed after having dealt with staff. The idea should be to undergird the business to enhance the experience where possible to the degree that is reasonable. I go there now not feeling so respected and the last interaction with one of the staff felt unkind to say the least. If they can't manage to have respectful knowledgeable staff then perhaps they should convert to self check in and place the money somewhere else like complimentary breakfast or a marketplace to provide additional resources get rid of the front desk experience if they can't perform their job with reasonable politeness and respect to all guest

The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and informative. You should also advertise it is a brand new hotel. I loved it was a quiet hotel.

GPS that I had said turn left immediately as we could not until we went further and made a u turn. I do not know how your website directions are, but I hope they include to make a u turn if traveling south and the hotel is on the north side.
