The house was spacious and reflective of the online photos, and the neighborhood was quiet. The most important issue was that the home was INFESTED with ants. The ants were crawling everywhere throughout the house and outside in the pool area. I contacted the host who informed me that the home had recently been treated and that some of the ants may have gotten through the barrier. It was recommended that I use the bug spray that was left in the garage, ( the unmitigated gall of asking me to spray the home, instead of sending someone out to take care of the issue). I did notice the bug bait which looked disgusting in the corners like the house had not been cleaned properly. Some baseboards were dirty and housekeeping could do a better job with more intentional cleaning. On the listing site it stated 6 bedrooms, but it actually only has 5 bedrooms. The office which is listed as a sleeping area on the website had a futon with a broken front right leg which made this area unuseable. There were multiple blown light bulbs in the home to include the master bathroom toilet area and upstairs bedrooms which were reported but not corrected. The hot tub heater and jets did not work. The landscaping could use some attention and should be treated for pest. After returning home I found other reviews on another booking site which had the same issues with the ants from 2022. I wish I would've been informed of this issue before my arrival, or at least offered some form of compensation.

Overall it was a graat stay, accomadations worked well and allowed us to have a great time. We didnt use some of the extras but it was nice to have them theater room had great picture.

Booked for conference lodging. Plenty of room and amenities. Great neighborhood and communication from host.

This is a best place to stay. Smooth process to check in and checkout. House was nice and clean. Pool and jacuzzi were well heated which is very nice during winter.
