All the finishes were new and updated. The linens were as well. The TV had countless options which was good for us as we were avoiding the heat in the summer afternoons. Loved the convenience of the washer and dryer. Spacious enough for our family. Quiet surroundings. Location was well suited for us too.

The foam mattress on the king bed was not comfortable to me. I know people have mattress preferences. I did not care for this type of mattress.

The condo had everything needed and was well thought out, and comfortable (like home). I'm still a fan of medicine cabinets for cosmetics and toiletries and both bathrooms had them.I brought a bag of cleaning supplies (just in case the place didn't meet my standards upon entry of the condo) and I didn't need to use them.Thanks for making our stay memorable in a good way! ☺

The mattress in bedroom #1was a little difficult to get up from. Maybe the mattresses can be turned periodically or replaced? Suggest that the rugs by the tubs be replaced with towel-like bath mats so they can be washed with the towels. There was plenty hand sanitizer, but no dishwashing liquid (and I forgot to buy some when I went to the store). We never had enough dishes to use the diswasher until the day before check out. We couldn't find the parking space entrace for our room, so we parked in a nearby spot that was always empty. There was a dog barking behind a fence, and we had to walk on the grass instead of a walkway. Our mistake.

Very modern bathrooms and kitchen

Needs a new King mattress. Old one sags. Only seating for 2-3 on couch and no other chairs yet townhouse is for at least 4 people. Needs coffee for AM as area isn't that safe to walk to get coffee.

the master bed mattress is too soft.

it’s very spacious and love all the decor. and love that is a two bedroom two bath. plus it came with a washer and dryer. so convenient. And the renters were quick to respond when there was an issue.

that it didn’t have a hair blow dryer or wash cloths.

The neighbors constantly smoking and the gnats/mosquitoes in front yard.
