Very spacious apartment with 2 separate bedrooms and kitchen and living room area. Host provided towels, tea, coffee and biscuits Host was helpful and easy to contact most of the time

Previous person's clothes were still in the drawers Mugs weren't washed up when we arrived No dish cloth or scouurer for wiping when washing up Were told would be advised in the morning if we could check in earlier but having arrived early got no message and no response until we were already in.

Lovely apartment over two floors. Had everything we needed including towels, tea, coffee, etc. Even made sure there was fresh milk left for us. Had a view of the sea. The bedding was the best! So comfortable!! Parking was good. Walk to the beach in 5-7 mins. Very convenient.

We were satisfied with everything in the apartment, especially the quality of the bedding towels and kitchen utensils. Well thought out for the comfort of renters.

There is only one toilet in the flat,which potentially could be problematic for four or more people. The toilet was situated in the smallest shower room and there was no lock on the door. A solution would be a Roca D-Trit in the main en suite.

Beautifully clean and comfortable flat, tastefully decorated with comfortable bedrooms, very well equipped kitchen, we appreciated the milk ready in the fridge and teabags for drinks on arrival. Bathrooms clean and both shower and bath options. Easy road parking outside.We loved outr stay.

The sea view flat is literally a few minutes from Collington Station and about 7 minutes from Bexhill Sea front. The view from the living room and kitchen are just beautiful (so restful). It is a perfect space( location)to unwind comfortably with good facilities( well equipped ), clean and it felt like a home from home. We settled in straight away. The host was thoughtful, very responsive and helpful with any uncertainties or requests. Thank you.

everything was clean and tidy lots of space for the family , we arrived and was left a box of chocolates, a cake and fresh milk , will definitely stay again thankyou!

Property was self catering.

There were 2 rings of the cooker that did not work and the socket where the cooker switch and plug socket were together, the kettle or toaster did not work so there were faulty electrics. The flat looked tired and dated and needed a freshen up and more up to dat decor needed. The shower in the annexe but could not get to a comfortable temperature as it was either very cold or boiling hot. The toilet in the other bedroom had a Maserati and the toilet bowl filled up when flushed and took ages to drain, the paintwork needed a good clean and there was a step in the bathroom that one of the guests fell down.

The host was very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was very homely and I loved that she left milk and treats for us on arrival.
