This was our first time visiting Florida. We were visiting my son who is stationed at Macdill AFB. First, the host was so responsive to questions we had even before we arrived. Once we arrived the rental was so inviting. The courtyard is so cute and festive. Great for visiting. The rental itself of clean and adorable. Everything we needed for our weeklong visit was there...and more. Throughout our trip our host was so kind and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this place to other travelers. 5+ stars!

Place is located in the rear of owners home, it’s cute , private & close to a lot of cool places . Food stores local Walmart was 5 mins away (cheapest prices on food I have seen in years) , icecream, shops , restaurants all you could need within 20 mins of driving including the beach . Clear water pier is 30 mins exactly and a nice ride with views . Owner was notified the batteries died in the remote and had new batteries within 5 mins on the step for us. Ac works great hotbtub was awesome plenty of room for 2 people over all a great place and we enjoyed it !

Nothing about this property is accurate!! We started our journey down the neighborhood of this unit and it was very run down , trash, appliances in the yards across the street, didn’t feel safe driving to get to this location. We arrived to find out the discription is way off!! Says backyard private paradise ? How is it private with it being shared with 3 units?? Paradise… 3 units, 3 sheds old run down hot tub and everything else in the backyard, pictures are definitely highlighting what little was good about it!!! Then the deal breaker… I asked the owner if a lift chair would fit in the living room space and he stated yes, well when we arrived it was sitting in the middle of the kitchen/living room cause that’s the only spot available for it. I immediately called the owner, he arrived and told me he could remove the couch to make it fit, then I asked where would my mom sit? He said I don’t know!! Well I didn’t end up staying there and he refused to give my handicap parents their money back!! We never stayed and he kept every penny!! Stay away from this one! I’m also very disappointed in VBRO with not pushing to get our money back.

Great little place for a short getaway, just a short drive to St. Pete’s and Clearwater beaches.

Stayed at really cute VRBO, little house with two bedrooms for cost of one hotel room. The outside and inside were so inviting! The hostess was so fast with responding to my myriad of questions. First time using VRBO and so glad I started with such a wonderful hostess. Loved it, you just want to sit and chill in the cana feel they gave to it. Kudos, bravo, and thank you!

Loved this property! It was perfect for our quick stay for a work training! Will definitely book again!

Property worked out for us and our friends was right in between st. Petersburg and Clearwater. If you go to indian rocks beach its only about 17 minutes away. House was clean had everything we wanted except for an oven but it worked out good.
