I like that it was spacious..we had a private pool which was excellent on those hot days... Beds were clean and neat.. very easy to get a hold of owner and was very friendly

The refrigerator was not cold and we had to throw away most of our food due to this or put everything in freezer... There was only one TV which was in the living room area which was awful for night time viewing... There was no ice cube trays ( like why wouldn't you have ice cube trays to keep drinks cool) ... There was cockroachs in the kitchen and the bathroom areas.. for a week stay with 5 people I would advise to make sure there are enough garbage bags along with paper towels in which we had to buy just to have and clean up .. the hot water would leave after the first person took a shower

The host was very proactive and great with communication. The home is very nice and did have a pool for private use in an enclosed back yard which was very clean and a ping pong table. We didn't actually use it do to arriving home quite late at night after being gone all day. The home sits at the end of a dead end street with no traffic which was very nice. The home also has black-out curtains if needed. The location was decent for getting to a variety of places without too long of a drive.

Although the home had a stove, microwave and toaster for cooking meals if wanted, the cutting knives were limited to 1 and the flatware was needing more selection as well...this would probably pertain more towards families with multiple people. There was a coffee maker, but only a 4-cup and if you have a family with multiple adult coffee drinkers you need to make multiple pots(I would suggest a 10-12 cup full size coffee maker). ***Before reading the next remark, please note that I am aware beds can be very personal and people like all different styles...from super soft to super firm. That being said, the beds were good for us. The size was great, but just not the most comfortable we have slept on. I'm probably a little picky with my bed, I do feel that most kids, younger adults and people in general would have no issue with them.
