We were 3 couples celebrating a birthday. Distilleries in Frankfort and Lawrenceburg (25 minutes) were easily assessable, as was everything in Louisville (40 minutes). This place met all of our needs.

This was a beautiful house! It was warm and comfortable and soo nicely decorated. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it was perfect for our gathering. The hosts were so easy to work with, and we are hoping to return at about the same time next year.

Great location to hit several distilleries in a weekend. Awesome home with ample space for 6 adults to feel comfortable. Outdoor area was a pleasure to enjoy on Kentucky evenings.

What an amazing place to stay. The home was beautiful and extremely clean. The beds were comfortable and the linens and towels were very nice. It had everything from coffee to bicycles and everything in between. The hot tub was extremely clean and inviting. The whole place was very comfortable and the vibe was so warm and welcoming. We especially liked the detailed instructions and information packet. Thank you for hosting a fantastic stay for us and thank you for the gift.

We booked this property to do the bourbon trail and it was in the perfect location! Shelbyville is a really cute town with great restaurants. The property is beautiful and the owners were extremely responsive. Games and vinyl record player were a great touch. Overall, we would HIGHLY recommend.

We have stayed here before, but the new owners have improved it 10 fold! This extremely well appointed and well located property is a gem. No detail is overlooked. We will stay here again and again! Better than a 5 star hotel.

What can we say about 3 Roses. Coming from the west coast, it was a real treat to be able to stay in such a magnificent older home, especially one so uniquely decorated with just the right amount of eclectic modern. We appreciated the coffee and assortment of tea. We didn't cook but the kitchen seemed well stocked as were the bathrooms w plenty of towels and necessary toiletries..I loved the hot tub as well. I looked forward to a bike ride, had the bike out and ready to go when we ran out to time before time to go. Lastly, being 3 hours ahead due to time zone changes so bad a hard time getting out of the house is time. We really appreciated the extra hour graciously allowed on the last day.
