Apartment itself and the decoration is really nice. The guy helping the hosts (Marc) it is a kind person, open to help you whenever you need.

Temperature inside the room in 1st floor apartment is extremely hot. Combination of power supply issues in the island (leading to A/C not working) together with poor isolation of the apartment makes impossible to cool down the temperature of the room, reaching temp. above 35 degrees and high moisture level. We were forced to change our accomodation to another hotel until we get a room on the ground floor. The owner declined to reimborse the costs for the nights we spent in another hotel. Choose this hotel only in case you are a sauna lover!

Comfortable stay, nice location, restaurants, cafes, and shops are in close proximity. The entire villa is well maintained and has everything you need for a home stay.

The property was exceptionally clean! They provided toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. It was delightfully decorated and very peaceful. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking a good meal (except the food of course). Marc did a great job of setting expectations leading up to the booking, which I think is vital for a good stay. I will definitely consider this property again in true future.

Tasteful furnishings in the apartments with a small nice garden and veranda. Marc was very polite and helpful for all our questions. His suggestions for restaurants can we totally recommend and we’re tried a lot.

everything about the apartment is great, from the check in with Mark, to the cleanliness, good wifi, nice kitchen with complimentary coffee, comfortable bed, good quiet AC, nice shower. location is right on tourism road next to greenhouse cafe and Sev, 2 great food options. definitely recommend and will stay here again.

The apartments are as new and stylish, if not more, than you see in the pictures. All the basics like salt and oil are provided in the kitchen and my friend loved the adorable coffee set up. We had the smallest type apartment, which had one big bed and a japanese-style futon (basically a mattress for sleeping on the floor - my friend said it was perfectly comfortable). The best part of staying here was the service though. Mark was an incredible host and I almost felt bad bothering him so much and at all times of the day, but he always tried his best to help us and always with a smile! Whether it was where to go out on a certain night or arranging tours or laundry service. We also met one of the owners (if I remember correctly, from the UK) on our last day who was very friendly. No issues at all with noise, located in a pretty peaceful area.

It was really hard to find - but just remember that it is between Greenhouse and Ceviche and you will be good. Keep in mind that if you want to have the apartment cleaned you have to arrange the day before and pay a little extra - but it is such a small amount and a pleasure to support the local economy. So these aren't things we didn't like actually, just things I think other travelers should know.
