Wonderful staff- friendly & helpful. Great location close to many sites & restaurants. Very clean & quiet. Comfy beds & pillows.

Lighting at night for reading not adequate & no TV- neither a great issue for us but maybe important to some.

頑張ってあげるならテレビがなかったこと。 ですが、テレビのない生活もとても良く逆に観光や休息に充実できました。

Finally, it's no longer a Japanese-style plastic bathroom resembling a mold, but instead a tastefully designed Japanese tile bathroom. The cement walls and wooden veneer in the room are also carefully crafted. Another thing I love is that it's conveniently located near a train station, but once you're inside, it's surprisingly peaceful. It feels like a hidden garden within the city, with the morning sunlight streaming into the room, creating a very comfortable atmosphere.

Standard double rooms are generally not very spacious. If you want a larger room, you have to opt for a twin room or a room with two double beds (which is not preferred). It would be better if there were larger room options for standard double rooms (with one bed).

シンプルだけど、清潔感があり、 鎌倉駅からも徒歩5分以内。 ウェルカムドリンク、 アメニティ、 全てにおいて素晴らしい。

良くない点は、無い。

Located fairly nearby the train station. Very aesthetically pleasing hotel, rooms were very nice and comfortable. They even have a welcome drink of your choice for you at the lounge at the lobby. The staff were very friendly and even gave advice on where to go and what to eat. We were able to leave our luggages before and after checking in/out.

There is no space heater in the room as i went during winter season. The cold was bearable though. The kitchen closed quite early for dinner time. Overall nothing too bad.

ロケーションが良かった。

デザインの良さに反比例し部屋や付随物の機能性が十分でないように感じた。例えば、部屋が暗く本が読めなかったので、フロントにライトを借りに行ったり、ケットルがあるのにカップがなくフロントに借りに行ったりした。

チェックインの時間より少し早く着いたのですが、快く対応してくださりウェルカムドリンクも頂けたので嬉しかったです！お部屋もシンプルでゆっくりと過ごせました◎

特にありません！強いて言うならテレビ欲しかったなあと、笑

The property is modern and well-kept. Lobby and breakfast/dining area is spacious and overlooks a serene garden. Rooms are cozy and spotlessly clean. Breakfast options are relatively few, but they're all very tasty! The location is just a stone's throw away from Kamakura station, and in a very quiet area. But best of all is the staff; they're so kind and accommodating! The manager and staff really went above and beyond to make sure my mom and brother felt at home. Deeply appreciated. Full marks!

Location Comfortable bed

Absolute style over substance. What kind of a hotel provides you with a super fancy kettle but no cups and no tea bags or coffee? And then looks at you like you are insane when you ask for some. Japanese food only breakfast......so not as advertised.....asked for a refund, offered vouchers to use in the pop up shop??? Eventually given a cash refund - thank you. Large step up to toilet and shower rooms so not very user friendly and virtually nowhere to put luggage (a lot worse than a lot of Japanese hotels i have used) The hotel and rooms look amazing but less so when you actually try to use them. The most expensive hotel i used on a 3 week trip and the only one I was disappointed by.

Wonderful modern design hotel. Very friendly and professional staff with good knowledge of English. Nice breakfast choosing from a few options. Very near the train and bus station.

The design of the room with rounded corners (design beauty compromising too much functionality…), making storage of open luggage very difficult.

フロントの方々、品があって素敵でした。モーニングはカレーorワンプレートの選択制。どちらも食品目多めで健康的、美味しかったです。お部屋はシンプルでとても静か。意見が分かれてるテレビ未設置につきましても、叔母言わく、会話が増えて気が休まると高評価でした。ライトアップミラーを新たに追加してくださったのでしょうか。メイクの際に使わせてもらい、照明の暗さが不便と感じたことはなかったです。日常の喧騒から離れゆっくり休むことができました。

お洗濯の洗い場があるとなお嬉しいです。

年配の母を連れていたので、お部屋が少々暗くて、少し明るい照明が一部あれば、と思いました。

This is a truly beautiful hotel with lovely design in the bedrooms and a beautiful garden atrium. The hotel is perfectly located for exploring the main sights of Kamakura. The staff were very helpful, especially recommending local restaurants on the nights tge hôtel restaurant was not open: excellent customer service. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again when I return to Kamakura. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

The pictures of this hotel did not do it justice. Garden and grounds were exceptional, and it was one of the most beautiful rooms we stayed in during our trip and the lack of a TV was hardly a bother. Hotel staff were great to us and the close proximity to both the train station and best street market was perfect.

Aside from maybe having a small TV, absolutely nothing not to like about this property.

A little on the pricey end

It was an exquisitely designed hotel, with modern spare furnishings that were beautiful and simple. The staff were friendly and kind, and the cafe on the first floor was a lovely place to unwind.

Hotel architecture is quite impressive and very pleasant. A lot of flowers and greenery. Large lobby with plenty of places to hangout or chill. Room was spacious, with minimal but coozy design, very quite and private. Bathroom was gorgeous and all you need. Good quality soups etc.

Could not finds anythings.

Room is big and cozy. Staffs are extremely nice and helpful, i arrived earlier than expected and they wheeled my bag to the room when it is ready.

Nothing, it was fantastic!

シンプルできちんと清掃されていて非常に清潔で気持ちいい部屋でした。 スタッフの方たちも親切な対応で良かったです。 到着日はもちろん、帰る日も荷物の預け入れをして頂いてとても助かりました。

ちょっと照明が暗かったので、文字を読むのが見ずらかったです。

Clean and quiet room. Quite large room compared with other hotels in japan. Not carpet floor. Very close to station. Kind staffs.

A few furnitures in room. There is a very small desk, but no table and sofa. No closet. There is a tiny hanger for only 2-3 clothes.

地理位置很好，到车站方便，附近有超市和餐厅，街区安静。房间备品好用，酒店比较新，干净。酒店工作人员处理问题迅速，非常亲切。早餐虽然简单，但是美味，餐厅环境也很好。

早餐品类可以增加一些就更好了
