The location was easy, the campus and surrounding are clean, well maintained and in close proximity to many good areas. The stay eas comfortable, value for money and over all up to my satisfaction.

When we entered the room, there were mice droppings all over the place and when we asked the staff to change the room, they said they would clean it rather than changing it. After they cleaned it, there was electricity issues the whole time. After some time we saw a rat in the room and we ran from there. The washroom was stinking of rats. It was really bad.

It was good stay at this hotel, hotel room is good, staff is good behavior, food is good, service is good and fast. We recommend this hotel to others. Hotel location is also near to all visiting places.

No buffet though breakfast was part of the package. Minimal choice of breakfast delivered to the room - possibly this is the norm going by the likely occupancy and eating arrangements
The place has seen better days - urgently needs renovation. In the interim can be cleaner. Dusty kettle with no cups or sachets of tea/coffee - on requesting, saucer less cups with coffee n sugar sachets given but no dairy creamer. One broken hanger in the cupboard - no trousers could have been hung. TV out of subscription - so just there for show. Overall run down place.

The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are quiet despite the fact that if you want to, you can spend time outside with other travelers and the staff – who, by the way, were exceptional.
