The person at the registration desk was very nice and tried to resolve the problem with the room

We were assigned a smoking room when we had booked a non smoking room. I have traveled and stayed at hotels for over 35 years and this was the worst one. The smell was worse than horrible. After going to the room and going back for a refund that I didn’t get, my family and I checked out and went down the road and paid for another hotel room that was non smoking. My daughter has severe asthma and couldn’t breathe due to the overpowering smoke smell in the room.

The hotel is perfect in every way - just off the highway, beautiful, spacious rooms, delightful staff (met us with cold water and snacks), large room, walk-in shower. We have decided we aren't staying anywhere except Hampton Inn and Suites when we travel by car.

Can't think of even one thing to improve.

pool open hour is quite long from 6:00 am to 12:00 am. clean and have hot coffee and hot water in the lobby

The breakfast was pretty good, The Staff is amazing. The rooms were comfortable and close to restraunts and attractions.

Extra Staff to help with the keep up of cleaning the rooms.

Price was high. It was an event weekend, but still too high. Shower needs updating

Very welcoming. Got to check in early which was quite nice.

It was very nice looking,modern, convenient, comfortable and clean. Our room was the same and even though it was not a suite, we had more than enough space to be comfortable. We had requested a room to accommodate my handicapped husband, and the bathroom was. spacious and well equipped with safety rails on all the tub walls and next to the toilet.

When I was checking in I asked the person checking us in, who did not go out of her way to be very welcoming, what would be the best entrance to get to our room since my husband was disabled and had to use a cane and was still in the car, she told me to use the front entrance to the elevators which was 1/2 way down the hall after parking on the side of the building where the handicap spots were. We only discovered the next morning when we were leaving there was a side door closer to the handicap spots and the elevator. The other item was the bathroom vent fan was not working.
