The afterrnon reception clerk, not the best customer service rep. The room was not clean enough bath sheet smelled horrible, mini fridge didn’t worked and was horribly dusty from the top, then they changed it and still did not worked. Asked house keeping service to return later did not return

Overall excellent, not quite as good as previous stays.
Would like to see evening access to snacks and drinks, including alcohol, all paid by we customers.

Breakfast was far above an beyond any breakfast buffet weve seen in the USA and Mexico (chilaquiles, rajas con crema, fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, eggs w ham, eggs w chorizo, flour tortillas, taquitos, pan dulce, milk, natural juices even green! plus coffee and pastries, we didnt spend on bfast all trip!
I wish i would have known they also have suites! like in the USA we always get a suite, the room felt cramped as we are used to getting suites

The location was super convenient and safe, the staff were friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was amazing. Very happy with my stay here!!
