Wonderful, clean and comfortable rooms. Amazing breakfast with great service. Also very central.

Beautiful grounds, good food and good location. We were there at the end of high season and were the only ones at the pool and the beach pretty much the whole week. It was great.

Communication was very poor. Called to make a cancellation. Staff promised to call back to update me. Never called back. Sent them a message on booking.com only for them to reply after 5 days saying not possible. Disappointed.

Location was fantastic. The spa services were very nice and food and beverages were also nice.

It was expensive for the quality of the hotel. However we were there at the height of the season and we were paying for the location. In Bodrum you will pay for having a high quality location and exclusivity.

Every detail said high quality. Luxury without being ostentatious or offensive . The food was amazing in the Turkish restaurant and truly incredible breakfasts (Turkish breakfast and western choices). Loved the pool area.

Everything. We were the last guests of the property before the end of the season, yet it was perfectly maintained and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was ample and tasted amazing. The staff, from the reception to the restaurant, was warm and welcoming. I cannot remember the name of the person who took our order each day at breakfast, but he was so helpful and always welcomed us with a smile. Our relations manager was Yeliz Sirvani, who made sure things were perfect for us. Would love to come back here in warmer weather!

My stay in Divan was in September 2020. I have to fix a few key positive facts about this amazing place. First of all, location! Turkbuku is One of the most charming places in Bodrum, walking distance to perfect fish restaurants etc. Second fact is the most comfortable bedding I have ever had! I was sleeping like a baby and I really would like to know the brand of this exceptional pillows ;) Third is attitude to their guests, special ‘thank you’ to Yeliz Survani - guest relation manager, who helped me twice with my lost belongings: sunglasses and earrings. Everything was found, saved and transported to me! It’s first experience of brilliant job and very well organized system. Thank you once again and see you next year!
