Vacation week for my husband and myself, two daughters, a son in law, and grandchildren, an 18 yr old girl and 16 yr old boy. Came prepared with 4 kayaks, fishing poles, and plans for lots of R & R. Definitely would recommend Villa Pamploma. House is large with 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms. —Lower level is parking. We were excited to use the garages when we saw the pictures of the home. However, those are reserved for the owners use. Know to ask more questions in the future. —2nd level has 4 bedrooms with 3 baths. Also a very nice laundry room with a brand new washer. We were in the midst of doing laundry our Second evening there-a Sunday. Suddenly, there was this awful noise that could be heard all over the house. My daughter did a video which we sent to owner, Reed, at 8;30 the next morning. To our pleasure and amazement, we had a brand new washer delivered by Wednesday pm. An outstanding response to a call no owner wants to receive!! 3rd level—Kitchen is large with a 4 station eating bar, and a large table and gathering space with big TV attached. Kitchen was very well equipped, particularly for a rental property. Lots of different kitchen gadgets!! Largest King bedroom with nice bath that included a rain shower. Also a half bath on this level for general use. The Beach is just a short walk away. The neighborhood is a quiet one—no giant condo complexes. If it’s too hot for the beach, the pool is about halfway to the beach!! To sum it up, we had fabulous time!!

We gathered our family in Port Aransas to lay our mom to rest. I’m so glad we stayed at Villa Pamplona! The home was clean, very spacious, and relaxing. All the bedrooms were large and very comfortable! We grilled on the lower deck, ate on the second deck and sunned on the third deck. My family was very comfortable. We plan on gathering there again. Thank you Reed! The home was so perfect! Thank you so much for being so accommodating and very responsive! I’m very grateful for you and especially for the early check in due to all the flowers we brought. I plan on staying again but for a happier occasion. Blessings to you and your family!

This was our 4th stay and we always have such a fantastic time. The house accommodates all our families easily, the upper deck is amazing for stargazing; lots of shooting stars and the downstairs deck is always so fun for the kids because it’s right by the pond. Thanks again for another great beach week!

This house is so spacious and private! We had a great time during our stay. A short walk on the boardwalk or quick drive to the nearest beach access was convenient. We hope to return!

The house was so nice you did not want to leave. We had so many plans but the decks overlooking the gulf were so nice you did not want to leave. We had an amazing time.

The layout of the home is perfect. It provides large open spaces for gathering while offering private bedrooms on the lower level to allow for some quiet time. Beautifully decorated and furnished. We will be back!!!!

My family took a vacation and this was the perfect house! It’s absolutely gorgeous, clean, and comfortable. From the beds to all the space in the house it was just perfect! I will be recommending this house to all my family and friends and definitely look forward to our next stay!

Really enjoyed our experience at this lovely home. Great location with easy access to both Port A and Mustang Island. And the beach if just a few minutes away.

Loved the view, house was enough space for all of us. We had an amazing Thanksgiving their may be our new tradition. Great supplies in the kitchen. Only down fall was all the stickers outside I definitely didn't expect that but nothing shoes don't fix. Thanks for inviting us into your home.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Pamplona, it was perfect for our large families annual beach vacation, lots of space,beds and bathrooms, a beautiful well stocked kitchen and three decks to spread out on, the bottom deck buts right up to the water and we had a great time catching crabs, the pool and beach are in walking distance and the ocean view from the top deck was beautiful. It was the perfect place for us to make this year’s memories and we will definitely be returning 😊

I stayed here with my family! Plenty of room for everybody to be comfortable! The kids enjoyed the bunk room! The kitchen and living area had a breathtaking view! The beach wasn’t too far and it was easy finding a spot! We hope to stay again!

My family and I have rented many port A houses and we have finally found one worth coming back to! Being on the channel, the kids had so much fun fishing and crabbing. The views from the top deck were amazing, and there was plenty of nice outdoor furniture (not always the case). Overall the house was very well maintained and clean, and spacious enough for our large family. There is really only one major negative to this place - it is lacking the golf cart boardwalk, and is quite a trek to the beach when you’re having to make it by foot (and with 2 year olds 🤪). But overall the house was spectacular and we’re hoping that golf cart boardwalk might happen soon.

We really enjoyed staying at villa pampalona. Check in was really easy and communication with property manager was good. Overall we had such a fun stay and the kids did not want to leave! We hope to be back next summer.

Family vacation, ages 5-70. House was great. Weather did not cooperate most mornings but had a great time at the house. Beach was fun in the afternoon/evening. Owner was easy to communicate with and had very quick responses. Would recommend to friends and would stay again if back in the area.

This was our 6th year at this house and once again, they made it better. We loved the new twin over queen bunks in the bunk room. House was clean and smelled great. Boys easily caught fish in the pond out back. Even with the 4th of July weekend crowds in Port A, we we’re still able to spread out nicely on the beach and not get mixed up in all the chaos. We love this location. Owner is super responsive and obviously takes pride in his awesome home. User tips- Bring your own bath soap. And the bridge to the beach is no longer golf cart friendly (since hurricane rebuild with stairs instead of ramp). We will be back!

We've used this home for our beach trip the past three summers. Plenty of room and short walk to the beach and pool make it fun and convenient for the family. We really enjoyed the views of the Gulf from the living room and deck. Star watching with the family on the deck at night was fun. It was a wonderful trip. Hope to stay again!

We spent a few days with our children and their families. Great house with plenty of room and easy access to the beach. We had a wonderful visit.

This is the second year in a row that our family has enjoyed this awesome house! The owner is awesome and responds to any questions instantly. Looking forward to our next visit.

We booked the property a month in advance to have the family all together and enjoy some sunny beach weather little did we know it would storm all weekend. But, that was OK because the house was so roomy for the 13 of us and we enjoyed lots of family time with games, movies and lots of eating . We did do some fishing off the back bottom porch that was nice. Didn't catch anything but we were totally OK with it. We had a great time and the house was spacious well stocked with amenities and even when you plan to have beach days and you are stuck in the house I couldn't imagine a better house to big stuck in. Our host was very gracious and communication was great. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Had a great stay. Well stocked house. There were 10 of us and we were able to spread out and sleep very comfortably. Proximity to beach and Port Aransas was great. Owners were great and easy to work with.

The home was very accommodating for the entire group. Rented the home for a quick birthday get away and it was as describe, very well equipped and comfortable. Beautifully decorated!!

We rented this house to bring our family together. We had an amazing stay on this property - enough room for everyone. Kitchen and all supplies allowed us to prepare an amazing Thanksgiving meal. Read was extremely responsive when we had questions or needed something. Boom this rental...you won’t be disappointed.

Short 5min walk distance to the beach - plenty of space in the property, really nice master bath room shower. There are cars allowed on the beach, which is a minus, but the water temperature was still nice in late October. Very quiet during the week, busy on the weekend. We enjoyed our stay.

The house is very nice. It is within a 5-10 minute walk from the beach which was important for us. It was clean. Some of the rooms could have better furniture is the only input I have. The master room and bathroom are very nice in fact. Will love to return in the future.

Our family and some friends came on this trip. It was a nice house, not a lot of people in that neighborhood which was really nice. Private entrance to the beach was perfect! Because of the time of year, we pretty much had the beach all to ourselves, same with the pool, we were the only ones there. The master bedroom and shower are huge and amazing. We had an ant issue in the kitchen while we stayed because the previous visitors left dirty skewers under the sink, we cleaned the area to get rid of them but weren't successful, so we contacted the owner and he got it taken care of as quickly as he could. Most pans & some cooking utensils had food stuck on them, we had to wash things before using them. Some of the bed sheets/covers had stains or hair on them so they didn't *seem* clean even if they were washed. Mosquitoes are pretty bad especially when there's no wind and at night, so bring bug spray! We had littles with us so the small futons in the rooms were perfect for them to sleep on! Although no one caught them, kids and adults enjoyed trying to catch the big fish in the back pond. Communication with the owner was great, replies quickly!

Enjoyed ourselves. Really loved the attention to cleaning. Beautiful comfortable home inside & outside on balconies. Kitchen great for cooking. Balconies provided a wonderful breeze every night!

We had a great time at this lovely house. The space was perfect for us. The kids loved the bunk beds. The master was huge and the shower was amazing. The distance to the walkover was a nice walk and the fact that you could drive to it also was nice. Communication with the owner was the best I have ever had while renting. The crossover was damaged by the storm prior to our stay but we made it work. The beach was great, just know that there are stingray around. Had one sting from that but he was tough. Thank you so much for letting us use your home. Hopefully we will ge to use it again.
