Wonderful location, spotlessly clean. Wonderful for families and old friend reunions - if you respect you have young families living either side of you. Both of which we met and were lovely. If you’re bringing your dog Botony Bay is welcoming to dogs until 10am and in the evening but a short walk to the other beaches who welcome dogs all day some on and some off lead The whole coastline is well organised for swimming with walkways and pool steps which haven’t been updated but have stood the test of time. House is immaculately clean with lots of toys for kids and lots of room for adults. Wonderful stay

Clean, with all the facilities you could need. A home from home

The location was perfect and the house was exactly what we needed. Well kitted out with everything we required. The large collection of toys in the conservatory play room was outstanding. Things to keep all ages occupied. Having one room that can sleep up to 4 kids is a master stroke. Already planning on coming back!

Having just one toilet took a bit of planning for 6 of us. But we knew that in advance and managed just fine.

Really lovely house. Perfect for a family. And right next to the beach.

One of the bedrooms was quite small and felt closed in a little but otherwise it was great.

Wow factor for the children - loved the bunk bed castle and toy heaven - no worries if there was a rainy day. Very clean and everything you could want for your stay.

Great location. The beds were very comfortable with cleaning bedding and plenty of towels.

The second bedroom is not a double room. There are no sockets, no furniture and we could hardly get round the bed. We had to climb on the bed to shut the curtains/blinds. The main bedroom was taken over by a large cot. It was difficult to reach the curtains at the window and there are no window nets so had to shut the curtains to change. The host should move the child equipment and accessories from around the house to the garage when there are no children staying. We were a party of three adults.
