everything was superb. the only very small point would be that our room being at the very top of the house did get hot in the evening. We did however have an electric fan supplied in our room

We loved everything.

We stayed in the beautiful mini suite. It has everything that you need and we felt right at home. Breakfast was delicious and you have a lot of choices as well. The frittatas were also very yummy!

Good location and excellent breakfast.

This little family-run hotel with a modest exterior hides an absolute gem. Everything is spotless and very tasteful, and the experience is full of little extra touches which made our stay feel special. We filled in a on online registration form before arrival, and found that refreshments in the room had been personalised so we had exactly what we wanted. Breakfast was probably the best we've ever had in any hotel. The Welsh Rarebit on the breakfast menu is an absolute treat, and a visit to the ice cream shop a few doors down is a must!

No complaints at all, although if being super picky, water pressure for the shower (second floor) was a bit on the weak side.

Our host was welcoming and friendly. The property was very clean. Breakfast was a quality feast each morning. Our room number 6 was warm and cosy. It was a flat 5 minute walk to the town centre. Lots of attention to detail in the bedroom and bathroom. Free car parking at the rear of the property.

Our room on the second floor was quite small with a small non opening window. But a roof window that would open. The bathroom was fine but the shower cubicle was a tight fit. The property fronts a main road. traffic noise was a little intrusive. We get what we pay for in life, and this is a quality b and b, but i felt it was a bit pricey.

The accommodation was perfect for exploring walks in the area. The room was immaculate and comfy. The choice for breakfast was very good and the food was delicious.

We have travelled extensively to many parts of the world on holidays and have found the Coach House in Brecon one of the cleanest that we have ever stayed at. Our room (The Llewelyn) had all the home comforts and was clean and spotless. The breakfast menu was first class with plenty of selection. ( my favourite being the pancakes ) We were made very welcome by Kayt the owner, If in Brecon again some day we would definitely be booking into the Coach House.

A wonderful guest house, beautiful rooms and the best customer service we’ve ever had. We stayed here whilst doing the Fan Dance Race Event, Kayt and her husband went above and beyond to ensure we didn’t need a thing! We can’t wait to come back!

Amazing room with all necessities you can think of. A super comfortable huge bed. Nice bathroom and shower. Breakfast choice was amazing and very very tasty. (Veggie options too.) Host was amazing very welcoming, attentive and friendly. Little touches everywhere which just made the stay. Choices given on hot drinks snacks etc in the room which not only saved waste but made it more personable.

Breakfast was excellent

Good location in Brecon,easy to find and within walking distance of the town centre. Large free car park at the rear of the property and easy access from there. The room was extremely well decorated and furnished and very clean and comfortable ; set up with attention to every need. Lovely little personal touches , such as home made welcome cake . The hosts are very present and anxious to fulfil all your needs. The breakfasts are out of this world , with fresh Welsh ingredients. Better than any 5 star hotel that we have stayed in . I would recommend this accommodation most highly .

Nothing. I would advise that people who find stairs difficult ask to be on the ground floor although there is help with luggage on offer.

Couldn't have asked for anywhere better for our stay in Brecon, we stayed in the BRYCHAN mini suite which was amazing and the breakfast was one of the best I've had. Everything was absolutely perfect.. I would highly recommend staying here.
