Staff went to extraordinary lengths to accommodate my request, the room was large, quiet with great blackout curtains. Quiet as a library. There was a bath tub as well as a shower with fast flowing piping hot water. Parking in the underground garage and an excellent breakfast served from 6am.
Nothing, everything was great. If I had to nitpick maybe the bathroom could use little cosmetic facelift some time.

I just make a small joke and speak very slowly and he raise the voice against me.
A small training about communication is maybe needed because seems that he was really stressed or under pressure.

The only thing that maybe you have to discuss it's to give a special rate for Fuyao Leingarten employee. We use to book your hotel but several time looking to book was not possible because the price was too expensive.

Free coffee and tea, also cold water in the room fridge everyday:) Staff friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom very clean, wifi good:)
Car park could be free of charge. Cost 7 euro per night.

Thank you very much for your hospitality. Successful stay, comfortable facility and very nice professional staff. Excellent varied breakfast, and importantly monitored parking. I am very critical because I travel a lot, in this facility I found everything necessary to relax on the travel including a well-equipped gym. This place is certainly unique and worth visiting again and will not break too much of your wallet resources and on top of that a great location.

First and foremost, it was easy to find the hotel parking. The checkin was uncomplicated. The room had wonderful lighting. There were large windows. The beds were comfortable. There was lots of counter space for organizing our luggage. The breakfast had loads of healthy selections.
Lighting in the bathroom was a little low.
