10/10 super location,everything close -stores,cafes,restaurants,beach 100m and also street workout areas around. City centre about 20minutes on scooter or bike along the beach with really nice view on seaside. Hotel is located 15minutes by walk from the airport. Staff was really nice and friendly, we felt really comfortable there.

From the moment we arrived, the staff's warm welcome and genuine hospitality made us feel right at home. The breathtaking sea view from our room's balcony was simply mesmerizing. Furthermore, the location was perfect, allowing us to explore nearby spots. The hotel's staff was exceptionally helpful, offering excellent recommendations. Overall, our stay at this hotel surpassed all expectations, and we left with hearts full of joy and unforgettable memories. We can't wait to return and experience the magic of this hotel once again! Our trip was in the beginning of June, so I guess the start of tourist season. Receptionists were the most amazing people of whole Italy! Perfect Staff. We got rooftop apartment with see view, so probably the best one they had at the moment, so I felt like most valued customer.

Our toilet was not flushing, but as it was the best apartment possible, we just politely informed at reception for other customers. As my expectations were low, I can't find anything to dislike. Our aircondition was dripping water when on, so another towel for the ground would be appricieted.

Great views, property needs some maintenance. Great staff. We were five people, would have liked a bit more space but bonus with two balconies with sea view.

One of the beds were in the kitchen and is an old vinyl couch. Only 4 chairs but 5 people in the booking. Poor ventilation, very humid (towels didn't dry for several days). Condensation on top of the fridge all the time. Cooking space is small and the kitchen could have used a few more tools and things (we cooked quite a bit ourselves).

Beautiful view, airy, light modern apartment, a little small in the living area but perfectly functional. Excellent location close to the beach.

Living area was a little small with 2 children but I would still come again. Annoying paying extra for parking but Rimini area is difficult to park anywhere else.

Very kind crew :) After check out they allowed to leave our luggages at reception for all day and our food in their fridge. They allowed us to leave the accommodation later. Wifi was a little bit poor in our room, but the staff so helpful and they fixed fast. The beach is 2 minute walk from the hotel.
