Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Der Blick vom Balkon war sehr sehr schön. Es gab die Möglichkeit für einen Autostellplatz (keine vorherige Reservierung möglich + 17 Euro pro Tag). Frühstück war ok.

Laute Party bis in die Nacht (in der Hotelbar - bis ins Bett hörbar). Schimmel im Bad. Die Toilette war direkt neben der Dusche, ein „normales“ Sitzen war nicht möglich. Trotz Rauchverbot wurde ein paar Zimmer weiter geraucht. Demzufolge stank es bis zu unserem Zimmer rüber. Bei 15 Grad wurde die Klimaanlage abgeschalten und die Heizung ein (bei jedem Zimmer). Der Balkon und das Zimmer sind allgemein in die Jahre gekommen und benötigen aus unserer Sicht eine Renovierung. In der Mini- Bar stand lediglich ein Wasser.

- Entry into the sea is very dangerous. A ladder leads down from the cliff and ends at the sea, so if you want to swim in the sea you will have to jump from stone to stone to go down to the water - The hotel has two small pools in which a lot of people. Due to the lack of a descent into the sea, everyone rests by the pool, so after lunch the water in the pool becomes dirty - It can be seen that the hotel is old. Old balconies in the rooms, peeling paint in some places, old furniture

the place is little old & it needs renovation, the air conditioning was very bad unfortunately as the weather was really hut and that efected our stay, the room was too humid and more warm than cold also there was many different types of insects in the room , the access to the beach was bit risky it needed to be more practical .

Staff were all absolutely fantastic! They made the place an absolute pleasure to be at. Hard working, always smiling, happy to help and very attentive! views are astonishing! Large rooms, fantastic balconies, located on the sea front so short walk down steps from the pool to the sea.

22 euro for the posher sunbeds I thought was too expensive. very few of them were ever being used because of the price. We only wanted them for 2 hours sometimes but had to pay full price.

The view was amazing along with the rooms and the food just a beautiful hotel in general

I like everything about this property particularly the staff. If I can suggest something, they should ask solo travellers if they want to share their table at breakfast or dinner. I’ll take that offer as I found it very lonely staying at the hotel with no one to talk to.

the furniture in the room needs to be upgraded. also provide a hair conditioner in the room. I stayed in a junior suite, thanks to the upgrade and expect a full bathroom amenities to be provided.

Breakfast buffet catered for everyone, so many varieties of food available as well as for food intolerances

Air con could have been so much better, just blew slightly cool air out rather than cool the whole room down which made it uncomfortable especially when getting ready. Was very noisy too.

The view from the the room was incredible - looking straight across the blue sparkling ocean. The hotel facilities are really good. The spa was incredible, and I hardly saw anyone down there. I recommend a massage by Marga, one of the best i have had. i had 3 there! Staff were nice, helpful.

The location - I almost feel sorry for the hotel and locals as I am sure it was once a nicer before tourists dragged it down.. If you step out the back of the hotel into the town - its a shock. 'The square' is a dilapidated run down mess, and the town is full of dodgy bars, pie shops and tired irish pubs, really run down and rough. We didn't do our homework in that respect. If you walk out the side and along the seafront its great, or hire a car and get out, just 5 minutes up the coast there is much more to see. The rooms were a bit tired - not as luxurious as the photos showed it to be, we felt the hotel was charging too much for the level.

Spacious & Clean, good location, food excellent

No Sun Loungers available if u were not up at the crack of dawn. There was a policy of no keeping of sun beds but this was not enforced. You also had to pay extra to use the Balinese beds which was ridiculous

Everything about this hotel was amazing, from the staff to food. Complete mix of young and old I. The hotel creating a fantastic atmosphere.

far too few sun beds for the size of the hotel and the number of guests . The hotel allowed beds to be reserved with towels and then not used. if you like relaxing by a pool then I’d definitely go somewhere else.
