The house is very confortable and safe for families with children. The house, garden and access to the swimming pool is completely adapted for people with disabilities and / or people with reduced mobility.
On the road itself there are many restaurants, cafes and large supermarkets.
There is always someone from the family in the house below so everything that can happen in a house has a quick solution. We do not allow smoking inside the house. There are ashtrays on all the terraces. There is a covered terrace that is shared to be able to dry clothes and is protected from the sun and wind and where it dries at once. The pool is shared with my family living in the lower part of the house. There will always be someone in the lower part of the villa of our family to look after our loving dogs who are great with children and other dogs. When we need help we will always be at your disposal. It is a very quiet urbanization and very well located, in the middle of the road of Mijas and Fuengirola. There is a bus stop at the exit of the urbanization around the street where the apartment is located and is very easy to find. There is always parking inside the property and outside in front of the house in the street.
