Great location with the level of service a guest should expect for the location and pricing of the hotel. Flora staff exceed my family's customer service expectations and overall just did a spectacular job. Well done!!! Property is well managed!!!

Absolutely stunning views. We staying in a junior suite with incredible views towards Marina Piccola. Easy access to shopping and restarants and closeby to some amazing spots. The staff was incredibly attentive and gave us so much information about the island.

The pool deck is so hot, which is such a minor complaint. Everything was so amazing, we loved it. Great stay.

Breakfast was excellent, Location was excellent, Room and view were excellent and the staff were wonderful. They would assist with everything and very nice people.

Apart from breakfast no other food was available.

this is an amazing property on the edge of Capri Town, but is very quiet and has great views! i was there with my family which included two young children. i have stayed in Capri 3 times and this was hands down the best hotel. However, what really made the stay for me was the staff. They were excellent, top notch, gracious, and really know how to take care of their clientele. i wish I could remember there names so I could individually give them the credit they all deserve.

the afternoon pool staff was very stuffy and arrogant made us feel like we were less

this place is amazing, we had a memorable trip in capri and we enjoyed our stay in sina flora. staff were so nice , responsible and ready to keep you happy. location is the best place we could'nt ask for better location. highly recommend to stay here and we definitely come back .

location was great, room was comfortable and pool are was good (except see below). breakfast was very good. staff are very attentive.

wifi didn’t ever work properly on our multiple devices. despite being advertised the pool was not heated as advertised.

We love the staff, they provide a 5 stars service. The room was big and very clean, good bathroom products. The location is amazing, very central.
