Didn't have breakfast. Beds were most comfortable.

The freezer in fridge completely iced up. Couldn't set up TV Couldn't fill kettle from bathroom tap.

Good value for money. Everything was clean. The cabin we stayed in has really given us that cabin feel. They’ve got everything you could possibly need from pots and pans to tableware which was very convenient since we’ve forgotten to pack a few things. It’s a short walk away from the town’s center. Staff were very friendly. Bunnies everywhere!

The bathroom could be rearranged to make more room for the toilet and the shower. The child proof gate to the creek was open all the time (the self closing mechanism was not working).

Well organised entry, very clear instructions regarding how the place worked. Close parking to studio. Studio was separate to the camping area, so no children and little noise.

Had work in the area, needed a place to stay that was close by. Holiday Park was nice and clean, friendly staff and guests, suited me for my stay.

Room was spacious and very clean, well outfitted (plated, silverware, glasses/mugs). The camp was very quiet. It was more than what we expected.

Wifi was weak (but we were on vacation, so that was only a bit frustrating). One problem was that the reception closed early, and the safe access code was emailed to us. However, our phones don't work in Australia, so we were not able to access our email until a kind woman gave me the internet access code. A better system than a last minute/day email (we were long on the road by the time the email was sent) should be considered.

Ease and convenience. All within an easy walk of the town and beach.

Stove top didn't work, filled room with gas but would not light. No matches provided. Mid stay linen change but very roughly made. Stated that the floors would be cleaned, definitely not the case, with staff entry, floors were worse. Images in booking.com do not match, no bunks etc. Staff said they were out of date. Very small double bed and 2 single beds only. Sleeps 3 comfortably.

Light in bathroom did not work and key not in safe envelope when I arrived after hours.

Stayed in a cabin. Clean and comfortable. The location was great - very close to the beach, restaurants and the Port Campbell discovery walk. Most importantly, the staff were amazing. When I got stuck because of public transport issues, they went out of their way to help me and ended up driving me themselves! Couldn’t be happier with the service.

Loved the location which was very close by to the beach. The studio was so vlean, which is something i am very fussy about. Good job to the staff there who gave their 200%!

Nothing much but the appliances at the common kitchen could use some cleaning up, or even to be replaced with new ones. Eg the electric kettle and the white microwave. But other than that, all was good!
