There was no breakfast included. There was a problem with my reservation: they had given my room to someone else. So, my room was upgraded at no extra price. It was lovely. <3 I would stay there again.

The breakfast was exceptional and the food was very fresh and delicious.

Amongst all the hotels we stayed in while in Japan, this is definitely the least comfortable and least favourite. The lobby and restaurant give the impression of a modern nice hotel, however as soon as you get on the old lift with old fitted carpet and get into the shabby small room you ll realise it was all a facade. The lift doesn’t even have sensors and kept on closing on guests. The room was too small for 3 persons, the pillows were very uncomfortable, and the furniture was old with multiple scratches and damages. Contrary to other hotels, they wouldn't let us to slightly open the window for ventilation, however Im not sure if there’s some kind of rule they should be following as the staff at the reception desk did not try to explain us why.

Room felt dirty with stains and scratches on walls. Bed was shorter than expected. Hallways were hot and dirty.

The hotel is located five minutes away from the metro station and plenty of 7/11. You're also in a very lively spot. The staff is very kind and can speak some English should you need to.

The beds are awful. I'd rather sleep on the floor kind of awful. Next to the hotel there's a firefighter park, which means you WILL be woken up by sirens throughout the night. My room's bathroom was awful, with a bath that struggled to drain and the basin itself where the lock didn't work, and so I couldn't shave or wash my face properly.

Their buffet was the highlight of the stay but that’s about it. Nothing exceptional. But not bad either

Accidentally booked an ok smoking hotel room it was so bad and i hated it. My fault tho but the walls and ceiling was dirty but that is to expect from a smoking room, never again.
