this hotel is singularly the worst 'new' hotel we have ever stayed in. yes, it is that bad. the hotel itself is charmless. the rooms are ordinary and non-descript. the furniture is cheap and tacky. the hotel is brand new but is already showing signs of real wear due to the very cheap , completely low quality materials used to build it: the cheap composition wood floors are scratched throughout; the cheap paint job is already peeling off the walls. everything is from the furniture choices, to the bath products are cheesy and low quality. we got an 'ocean view' room on a high floor. we were told it was quiet. it was anything but. the hotel is located on a main city street and the noise was deafening day and night. we complained to the manager who actually came to the room to hear the roaring traffic and motorcycles herself. she brushed it off and said 'well this is a hotel in a city, what do you expect"? for the price we were paying for a room, this is by no means an acceptable answer. we had booked the room for 3 night. we had such a TERRIBLE AWFUL experience in this claustrophobic, noisy, cheap garbage of a room that we simply left after the first night. we had asked for some sort of price concession and management refused. stay clear of this dump at all costs. disgusting and offensive..

This was a beautiful hotel with a great and helpful staff! We felt safe and so happy knowing we were voming back to this hotel after a day of exploring. Concierge was great and helpful with recomendations and with reservations! We will definitely come again

Amazing hotel with beautiful view great staff and great surroundings

Great staff .. great dining at Seen. Check in was easy .. English was understood well. Very nice (huge) bed. Modern conveniences.

The Hotel is convenient to all the best stores and dinning however my room was a but smaller then I thought. The hot water in my shower never got hot. My air condition never got cold and some of the staff are not really friendly. Overall I try another hotel.

Excellent service from staff. Room was roomy, comfortable, and very well laid out.

The rooms are not the size advertised (at least for the premium with terrace; the size includes the terrace). It’s a want to be Four Seasons without the inspection crew. Expansive and disappointing. Location though is top notch.

We reserved an oceanfront room with a balcony for two nights. Was $1,000 USD a night. The room was on the third floor facing the ocean but the ocean was blocked by trees. NO VIEW. We asked for a different room. The woman at checkout said she knew this would be a problem.. on

The rooms are beautifully decorated, but for the price of a room with a terrace, the noise from the parks across is so loud until 11 pm that enjoying it in peace is impossible. Also, the noise from the furniture moving above the 5th floor (where the most expensive rooms are located) starts at 6 am as they prepare for breakfast. Also, there is NO POOL. We also stayed at a room with a balcony which is so minuscule that you pretty much cannot use it. For the high price we paid, I expected a much better experience.

All staff were very kind and helpful. Concierge were very good at their jobs. Maid service was inconsistent, but the beautiful rooms and other services made up for it. The spa service was INCREDIBLE!

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Nice, across from the beach and old town.

This hotel is modern and nice. Staff is great! However i paid extra for a “sea view” room not partial sea view room and my room had zero sea view. I was on the 3rd floor and was only able to see trees. Actually this hotel shouldn't even advertise “sea view” because i feel the only place where you can actually see the ocean is from the bar on the 6th floor. There are other hotels in the area less expensive with a much better view. Wouldn't stay here again.

This is a fantastic hotel. Close to old town, tram, and beach.

We loved everything about this hotel and will stay there again. The service is excellent, the rooms are lovely, the breakfast buffet is amazing, and we capped each day with a drink at the rooftop bar. Such fun bartenders!!! Great view of old town and the sea.

I stayed at this hotel for five nights. A very friendly welcome by the door staff and lovely lady who checked me in. My room was a bit small but very well decorated with good amenities. The bed and pillows were very comfortable allowing for a great nights of sleep. The hotel is the perfect location for everything is only a few minutes walk to Messena Square Tram and the old town and promenade. My only disappointment was the restaurant on the 6th floor which I thought was overpriced and lacking atmosphere. Apart from that, I would highly recommend staying here.
