Overall the hotel met my expectations such as location, cleanliness, service and safety very well. I really loved the gorgeous view from my room balcony which was breathtaking and relaxing. The beach was also very quiet, not some crowded beach with tourists, so if you are travelling as a couple or alone and really hope to relax, this is definitely the place to be. I also want to leave special thanks for this beautiful, adorable and so helpful Klara lady who works in reception, Thank you dear for being genuinely interested of your quests and for doing anything to make them maximum comfort during the stay at the hotel. This hotel is so lucky to have you as part of the team. I will miss you dear and hope to see you again, take care! <3

some of this small issues like hotels own sunbeds at the beach which you have to pay separately (15 euros per day) and also for the beach towel, is not really suitable for this 4 stars hotel standard and value in my opinion. Also for some reason I had to pay city taxes twice (when arrived and when left the hotel). The breakfast was ok, but the fact that you could not eat it on the terrace with the sea view which was actually one of my reasons for choosing this exact hotel, was a disappointing. The breakfast was served in that small closed room downstairs instead.

Tout était incroyable, la chambre, la vue qu’elle donnait sur la plage, le roof top avec piscine splendide, petit déjeuner très copieux, personnel très agréable et à l’écoute.

On toquait à ma porte pour demandé si nettoyage de chambre malgré le « do not disturb »

Nice modern hotel

Air conditioning is not working and they are not honestly presenting this aspect on booking. They advertise the rooms as “sustainable”. When you arive at the hotel you find out what this “sustainability” is about. I wouldn t have cared about this, but there were some verry hot days woth high humidity and you could not sleep without AC.

room is spacious and clean. breakfast is good. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is a swimming pool on the roof, not big but warm with a great view to the beach.

Staff in the breakfast restaurant seem to be not as friendly as to the other guests when you have Asian face? I won't comment them as racists that would be too much but I do hope they know what they are doing.

Location close to Split Airport

Upon arrival we discovered that we had NO AIRCONDITIONING, due to a techical fault on our specific floor of the hotel, described by the reception staff. She justified it by stating we had been given what they called a 'Sustainable Room' at a highly discounted value. Upon checking we indeed realized that the small print of the Sustainable Room did not have the air-conditioning symbol, whuch was definitley not what we wanted to book in the hottest month of the season in August coming from an all day drive for 8 hours from Montenegro with our 2 children at 30 degrees heat. We had no choice in the middle of the high season and arriving at 6:30 PM but to take the room as is, especially also as there was absolutley NOBODY TO SPEAK TO. We asked for the manager and he was simply not available and would maybe come the next day. They told us that we could cancel and look for other options, but after 2 super tired children having driven all day and it being high season in Split we definitley di not feel like soending all night trying to find another hotel room, whuch would have been a nightmare. They brought a fan into our room and as such we 'suffered' in incredible heat for the following 2 days/nights in the Hitel. NOBODY EVER SPOKE TO US about this...the Hotel Manager never arrived, nobody bithered to speak to us and as such for them it was done. They took our money sold us a sustainable room leaving out a highlought that this was at a surcharge and did not have airconditioning due to a technical fault and that was it.

So close to beach, excellent views, big comfortable bed, friendly staff and comfortable beds near rooftop pool

Hotel had AC problems - they upgraded us to a room with functioning air conditioning though it was vented and not individual to rooms - we slept with the fan on. Sunbeds at beach are €15 each for the day for hotel guests. Would be nice if terrace doors locked from outside for easier access to beach

The view and top floor

The staff were not well trained. There were a maximum of 2-3 that were good. Among other them, the girl at breakfast. She was Proactive, genuinely happy, helpful and profesional a goos teamleader. If everyone could be like her, I would be satisfied. I didn't get much information upon arrival either. Had no idea that you have to pay for the sunbeds that belong to the hotel. So we had a strange situationen the first day. When I went to receptionen to ask what is the situation with the sunbeds, I heard the guests infront of me did not had to pay for the sunbeds..

The staff were lovely and clearly working very hard. There were very few of them so super impressed with what they were managing

Hidden costs were not okay. Beach you are required to pay for sun beds, when you are coughing up the hotel costs this seems unnecessary. In addition as we checked out we were informed that we had been charged to use the hotel towels for the pool and beach. Not much but they didn’t inform us of this when we were collecting them daily….
