Host is very friendly and always on disposal. he turned on the heating before our arrival, and we appreciate that and few more little things he did for us. very clean, the room and exteriour. breakfast is good with everything you need, and great coffee.

kinderbed does not have real mattrass. we’ve informed the host.. check before arrival with host is it taken care of. this object has sirious problems with cats. you can not use ouside tables for eating because they are in no time on the table, chairs and all over the place. althought we are real pet lovers, but this was just too much.

Fantastic and very welcoming host, Daniele, who really appreciates and likes having guests in his hotel/house. Daniele helped us with everything we needed, and we really felt at home. Great breakfast, simple yet very complete and absolutely delicious. Spacious room with two separate bedrooms with plenty of space for a four-people family. Spacious bathroom. Very quiet area. Several cats that liven up the area, one of them is also very fond to play with the guests Plenty of parking space, partly protected from the sun. Very good value for money.

Location is a bit off the main cities and touristic areas (not necessarily a bad thing), and requires a 20-minute car drive to the southern part of Lake Garda (Sirmione, Peschiera del Garda).

Very nice place and the host. A good starting point for nearby attractions. I wish I could have been there longer. Good value for money.

The property was very spacious and clean and had all the basic necessities. The area itself is lovely and the views are beautiful and located in a quiet area.

Best accessed with car and expected more for the breakfast variety.

Location, quiet, green, great hosts, explained all options around. Great location for a quiet stay, close to everything by car.

Breakfast can be improved with fresh croissants, rustic bread, fruits. Hot water runs out after 2 people shower, need to wait 10' for re heat.

Such a nice host, Daniel helped us with food as we arrived late and the kitchen was closed. He ordered food for us and delivered it to our room. The grounds were beautiful, my children enjoyed their stay. We had to leave early so Daniel even started breakfast early for us so we could eat before leaving. We would definitely stay here again for longer next time.

Big rooms with all amenities provided. Daniele and his family are very welcome and warm. The rooms face the small garden with swings and slide for kids to play, and on the back there were donkeys that the kids fed. Loving our short stay.
