My stay at Rock Apartments by Lowkl was welcoming. I felt as if I was at home. The apartment also came with appliances. I was so impressed. I wish I can give them 10 ⭐

I loved the location. It was close to everything. It was in a sage location. The girl that checked you in was very nice in helpful. The room was very dated. It was a very old place and that just quickly & cheaply refurbished it. It was alright for one night, but I would not have been happy if it was a longer visit. There were five of us and they only had towels for two. One of the glass doors on the shower was missing & back splash for a kitchen was used on the floor of the shower. We thought that was creative.

Clean and close to the beach. Great place for a weekend, but be aware that it’s not a quiet location since it’s right by a busier road and a restaurant that’s open late.

This is a ok, nice studio apartment. It's in the middle of everything! It's a little older but they did a ok job making it look at home. Bed was basic and a little lumpy. They only have Roku TV, so not much live TV except news programs. You can walk everywhere, beach, nightlife, all choices of food. Had a cute balcony that we sat, ate and people watched. My biggest pet peeve was there was no parking!! I had to park about 3 blocks away and paid $70 for overnight parking. Cash only and exact change. It was $60 but I didn't have change. After parking on the 6th floor, I go to the elevator and it's out of service!! Other pet peeve was the folks upstairs must of had a kid because running was going on until about 10pm and early around 7am r. If you can't tolerate hearing cars honking, music playing, talking in the hallway, ambulances, sirens - LOTS of city noises - it's not for you. Because of the parking cost and inconvenience vs the price, I wouldn't stay here again.

The room was perfect for our group,the complaint I have is when we asked for some replacement of towels and toilet paper we were told that they could not because of how the building does not do hotel amenities as such. We were also told to wash our towels so we could reuse them. Other than that the room served it's purpose next time I'll know to bring extra paper and towels because I love the beach that was just around the corner.

The property itself was okay b/c of the location but not worth paying 300 a night. I was only there to shower and sleep, which was almost impossible because the bed was sooo TERRIBLE!!! If you are a light sleeper good luck getting any sleep. Between the noise on Collins Ave and the people coming in and out of the complex, you can hear EVERYTHING that's happening in the hallways. I will not be staying here again.

Great location. Walking distance to everything. Being close to everything you also hear everything. If you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs. The only complaint we had was the check in information said we could store our luggage at the hotel next store. This is incorrect. They told us they should not have told us that. We had to drag our luggage around.

Very pleasant apartment 1 block from South Beach and all the fun places.

Everithing eas good

I left my reservation a day early because it’s extremely loud (I know it’s the location) but also because of bedding was not good and how bright it was even at night time in the room.

Amazing stay. 3 nights. Nothing to complain about. Would definitely stay here again thank you.

It was… okay. The bathroom REEKED like a dead fish. We tried airing it out, spraying perfume but nothing took away the smell. The door to the bathroom was also coming apart on the bottom. The walls seem thin and we could hear stomping around starting at 8AM. There is a code for the main door serves little purpose, I guess it only locks at night? The room served its purpose but was not my favorite stay.

Great location!

Not what we expected. The service was terrible. We tried to check in early but there was no front desk and the contact system was very delayed. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. There is a lot of unappealing things that could be mentioned but I don't have the time to list it all out.

Very dirty no body come to clean or change towels or put papers bathroom or take off the garbage nothing not responsible not respecte the clients no body answer really no body's reserved in this place

Great location. Nice to have a fridge and cooking equipment and well stocked. The staff were so good and responsive as well. Great job.

Easy access to the property, close to the beach however big problem on hygiene in my unit…

It was very nice. Need some new cookware. Needed baking dishes and the pans were old. Needed ice trays.

I never complain about cheap offers. And I’ve stayed so many times in 2* hotels in Miami Beach and Airbnb. And I’ve stayed in 3* hotels all over the world. This one couldn’t gain even 1*. Terrible misleading service. There is no luggage storage! Look around without listening their advice, they have no idea anyway. Customer service seems outsourcing and barely understands what is going on. Cockroache everywhere in the room. Shower was so molded that I had to buy bleach and clean it myself. Electronic locker on the door never opened the door from the first attempt. People scream and listen loud music even at 3am first I was thinking that someone killing somebody but it was just music. Check-in is too late but they wasn’t able to even let me in at this time(4pm) they “cleaned” the room till 4.15. Terrible

The place have roaches… The advertisement in Hotels.com, an actual place was totally different . I want to cancel they gave me a complete run a round.. We are going to call me back and never did and when I got there people hanging in the hall

All of the windows were cracked with one of them having a hole in the glass. They don’t have any staff so I’d have to call multiple times for them to figure out my correct room code because they kept telling me the wrong room number and code. It was like a guessing game. I would never stay here again

I was very pleased with property, all entry codes worked fine, location was ideal in old South Beach area, remote staff help was very good and I will visit again on my next trip to Miami. Thanks, Terry T Carlton

My room had a roach problem

Although communication was maintained, the properties listing pictures are way outdated and dont do the deterioration justice. The A/C next to the bed was FULL of black mould, the shower had little to no hot water and the windows were so dirty you couldnt see outside. 4th time in Miami and was shocked by the state of this place… if booking, book with caution.

Nice location, clean, new renovated.

The room smells horrible and noise from outside. We could not stay and left the room right away and booked a different hotel. Non refundable room and complete waste. No human conversation only computer talk when try to ask anything.
