It was a pleasure to stay two nights in Encosta de Monte 😊 the staff is really friendly, they are really nice and warm hearted people. The room is neat and tidy, and the breakfast is also okay! Absolutely recommended!

The owner Maria and Hoy were so so nice . Very helpful, welcoming and kind and made our group of ten feel very welcome. Bedrooms were excellent. Good size, comfortable beds and en suite. Recommend the breakfast for €7.50 per couple. Fabulous choice of food and drinks and home made pineapple cake. 😋

Great breakfast, the staff was very nice and polite. It’s great that you can bring pets. There’s a lot to visit in the surroundings, very close to the highway.

Maybe the mattresses could be I little bit on the harder side, but nothing major.

Quality of furnishings and facilities within the room was excellent. Excellent attention to detail and what we really appreciated was that it is just so nice to be able to make tea or coffee in your room - when you want to! Really difficult to find any fault. These are among the nicest rooms we've stayed in anywhere in Europe - or in North America! Excellent service and courtesy from Maria and her staff. Breakfast was excellent! Also, lots of car parking space at the back of the hotel - and space in front if needed!

It would be great if there was a restaurant - although there is a bar. Shower was slightly slippy, but it is really difficult to think of anything wrong. We fully intend to stay here again.

The room was confortable and modern. The space was very well cleaned. The breakfast a was amazing with varied and delicious ingredients. The hostess was really nice as let us check in later at night.

There was no hairdryer. The locations was a bit far from Ponte de Lima but it works ok if you have a car.
