It is a nice family Business. i like the warm welcome of the son in the reception and his sweet mother.. they were Very helpful and smiling especially the mother is so kind.. They helped us and arranged to watch the football match from their eating area .. The home made breakfast also was delicious. The rooms were very clean.. The view of mountains from the balcony was amazing.. Thank you so much for the nice experience i enjoyed the stayed with my friends :)

It is close to supermarket. Female staffs were sweet. Room size was good.

It nowhere resembles as it is shown in the picture. No swimming pool. Female staffs were sweet n cooperative but the guy at front desk wasn’t cooperative. Breakfast quality is poor. We could find ants in room. No packed water or water kettle in the room. Balcony door couldn’t be locked. Furnitures are very old and sofas in corridors were torn.

The location and 2 old lady staff was very good and hospitable.

The room didn't have any ventilation since it was summer it was hot in the room, the worst case was our toilet was broken and it didn't have a toilet seat. The wasn't even a basic kettle in the room, neither water was provided in the room.

Some of the properties older or partially damaged Room cleanliness is not satisfactory

This was a great place to relax with superb mountain views. The staff were great and very helpful all the time. Very close to Gudauri panoramic view point and Gudauri Paragliding. Supermarket /Restaurant are closed by with walking distance.

Location and clean the old lady who's preparing food for us is very kind and speak English!

We spent nice time here during our snowboarding holidays. The best price-quality ratio. All staff was very hospitable and careful. The room was spacious and well-cleaned every day. Enjoyed a great view from a balcony. A comfortable free transfer to a chairlift was organized on demand. Also there were a comfortable hall where all guests could leave all their mountain equipment. Breakfast also was tasty (a porridge or omlet or fried eggs, vegetables, pancakes, sausages, bread and butter, etc)

Design of rooms is a little bit old-fashioned and there were some problems a sink in a bathrooms when we arrived, but the staff fixed everything asap

Difucult to comunicate because of lacking english. Food very similar for breakfast, no editional drinks.

we did not get the room that we ordered, it was relatively chilly in the room but I have to admit that temperatures outside were really low. Breakfast were ok but variety of food served should have been better

All furniture quite old, in rooms really hot in the winter.

Freshly served dinner and breakfast. Food are tasty and serve considering our preferences (also good for children). Good option for having dinner at the hotel since the restaurant nearby are costly. Staff are friendly and showing care to our children.

No elevator, troublesome for having big luggage and small children to climb stairs. Toilet don't have bidet. Room don't have complimentary water (need to buy from the hotel), tea/coffee or kettle. Poor Wi-fi signal. Door to the balcony is hard to open (stuck to carpeted floor). Lack of facility maintenance during this season.

Nice and cozy hotel with amazing views of the mountains. The family room is big. Extremely hospitable hosts who make sure you have a comfortable stay. They had the most amazing made to order breakfast. The break room with pool table, piano and rustic furniture is a treat.

Beds creak. Washroom is too small.
