Just a well-run Ibis Hotel. Staff were great. Location pretty good. We needed a place to chill after some very hot days on the road. Great place to watch the sunset from the terrace of their sky lounge. Brilliant in fact.

Breakfast was buffet style , with a great view of the city and surrounds. Room was clean and comfortable.

There was no milk at the coffee bar for breakfast and I think wifi should be included at that price point.

It is non smoking room and doesnt smell any bad smell inside the room but clearly in corridor you still can smell it :(

AC temperature won't get below 23, 24C.

Variety of food during breakfast

Requested for 1 additional extra bed but don't have. Requested for 3 bed room, also don't have.

The check in process was very fast. The room was spacious and clean. It was great that they provided free toiletries and the shower was good. The breakfast consisted of mainly local dishes but delicious. There was also a 'warung' downstairs that served excellent food. The swimming pool was maintained well. There's a water jug that is provided in the room that you can easily refill using the water dispenser machine at the hallway. I had beautiful views of the sunrise every morning from my room!

The soundproofing can be improved. I could literally hear every conversation, closing of doors and footsteps throughout my stay in the room.
