הייתה חוויה מדהימה , חדרים מרווחים ,נקי מאוד ומטופח .
כל הצוות נותן הרגשה של בית מפנק , חיוך ושרות מעולה מכולם .
מיקום המלון אורבני ,קרוב מאוד לחוף הים ולאטרקציות העיקריות של נתניה .
ארוחת הבוקר בשפע עצום ,טעים מאוד ואסטטי.
הנאה מושלמת ,ממליץ מאוד .

Nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié Sylvie pour son efficacité à tous les niveaux ainsi que pour sa bienveillance, sa bonne humeur, sa disponibilité et sa compétence linguistique.Un grand bravo à elle, hâte de la retrouver.
Un grand merci à Yaron, et Maxime pour le contact clientèle agréable et fluide ainsi qu'à Sigal pour sa générosité.

Das luxuriöse Zimmer, die Unkompliziertheit der Leute an der Reception (man fühlte sich frei, "unkontrolliert"), die Liebenswürdigkeit der Managerin Silvie, ihre Anteilnahme und Empathie für die Wünsche ihrer Gäste. Die tolle Lage im Zentrum von Netanya, die Lage fünf Minuten zu Fuss bis ans Meer, der Platz vor dem Hotel mit Musik, Menschen, Cafés und vielen Einkaufsläden. Einfach toll!
Das Frühstück hat nicht ganz unseren Geschmack getroffen. Aber das Angebot war üppig. Die Geschmäcker sind - wie wir alle wissen - verschieden.

We arrived early morning bevause our flight was delayed. The hotel would not charge us for the night, and on top of that they offered us free breakfast and a rom for us to sleep and for us recover, all for free!! They even gave us bottles of water when we leave. I have never experice such a friendly hotel staff, it was amazing! Next time in Netanya we will for sure stay at Leonardo Plaza!

A different room on our floor was making a lot of noise at 2am so we called the front desk and they came right away and made sure they quieted down.

The breakfast had every possible choice, perhaps not necessary. Cheese could have been sliced instead of in little cubes. Someone to make fried eggs with choice of added onions, tomato etc. Coffee not good except the Expresso was ok. But I would like real filter coffee for breakfast.

The early Shabbat meal was served too early. The later one after Friday night praying was not good. Too many people in the space provided. The containers of food were messy and unpleasant & the noise of the children unbearable- not how a Friday night meal should be. It would have been sensible to warn couples like ourselves that we should have made other arrangements.

Night staff ready to meet me for middle-of-the-night arrival. Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean room, very comfortable bed. Amazing breakfast!
Was not able to take elevator to top floor to see the view - not sure why. Maybe this option not available for those on lower floors, but this information was not anywhere that I saw.

The hotel requires substantial renovation, and the walls and flooring and equipment in the bathroom. Шt is also required to seriously improve the professionalism and motivation of the reception.

The room was beautiful and clean. right in the center of town with a nice view of the plaza and the ocean.

The location is perfect. Located close the the beach, stores and restaurants. You can find everything you need within a five minute walk.
