The room is clean and comfortable, with a rich breakfast, close to the supermarket and bus stop, and convenient living. The hotel service staff are very friendly. It is highly recommended

the facility is nice and clean. The dining room staff was very attentive and polite.
The front counter staff is not knowledgeable about their billing system. The company website list the rooms at a set rate but in actuality the rates vary from day to day. When traveling on business we are reimbursed on a daily rate. The daily rate varied from 88.00 to 122.00. The higher days are above my company’s daily limit. If the website was more transparent then proper planning could have prevented problems with the billing. The front counter staff was unsympathetic and unable to average the rate.

The room was very big, which was a nice surprise. It was clean, had a couch, plenty of closet/storage space too, plus a good sized desk. Our room had a balcony, which was a nice bonus. (Not all rooms had them though.) The bed was very firm, not the most comfortable, but not terrible. The room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained overall. The bathroom had a great amount of counter space. Breakfast was good; nothing fancy or out of the ordinary, but normal meats, cheeses, breads, cereal, fruit, etc. There's also a restaurant on site, but we didn't have anything but breakfast. Parking is also very convenient and easy on the property. The location is fine if you have a vehicle. It didn't seem to be walkable to anything, but that was not relevant to our needs.
Overall it was a really good stay. The elevator was a little slow at times and would leave people on upper floors hanging because it would stop at lower floors first, fill up and then come up to the higher floor with no more room for anyone to fit in. It was odd. But not a big deal.

Very nice hotel in a decent location. Traveled for son's soccer game and walked the town from room but was 5 km is away.

I liked…
- the availability of parking (also Free)
- the rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable
- the restaurant…the Best Food I had an Ansbach. Every dish was cooked correctly, delicious and very well presented. The Drinks were well poured and the Bier… well, this is Bavaria so of course the Bier is to gush over. Breakfast was always well stocked and Fresh. The coffee service for your table, hot, strong and flavorful.
- The Staff! Family owned & operated. All of the staff, friendly, helpful and excellent job working through my bad German language skills. The Staff was very accommodating to the needs of my business trip. They kept my name on stand by when work brought me back to the area. Online everything in the area was booked up & I couldn’t make a reservation. I contacted Windmuhle directly and they were able to provide me a room.
- Affordable! very much worth more than what they charge.
The fitness center has good cardio selection but lacks free weights. I’m just not a fan of cable machines which there is one.

Very nice, clean room! Breakfast was excellent, and there were plenty of options to choose from - which is great for families like ours with young kids.

Everything was great. The only thing that could have been better were the doors to the room and hallway. When they closed they were very loud.
