Great location near Sami (5mins by car), which is one of the main seaport in the Island. We arrived late due to flight delay but the host was very nice waiting for us to show the main facilities that the house offers (it has also the washing machine!). The house is quiet and peaceful and it has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms; we stayed there for a week and every couple of days the house was cleaned up and refilled with fresh veggies, fruits and eggs from the host’s garden. The lovely couple that rent the house lives in the neighborhood and is always available for any support needed. Very recommended!

Fantastic house in a great location as long as you have hired a car. The hosts are really friendly, kind and generous, giving us eggs from their hens in the garden, juice, and biscuits to welcome us. Your surrounded by village life, a short walk to 2 taverna's, Robolis was fantastic when we ate there, authentic Greek food and wine. We loved our stay with our 2 children. The kitchen is well equiped and it was like a home not a holiday apartment. Thankyou for a lovely stay.

Everything. The house is wonderful, very very clean, suitable for families with children. The location is very quiet and the host is very friendly. We will like to return next years, we recommend.

The place was spacious, clean and airconditioned. It was quite and in a beautiful area, which is close to Sami but not in a touristic area so it gave us an authentic experience. The owners are friendly and did their utmost to make us feel at home. They even provided bread, cheese, ham and water on the day of our arrival. Poulata is right in the centre of the island and so it was easy to drive to all the main sightseeing destinations. From Sami there is also easy access to beautiful Ithaca.
Since there is no street name it was rather difficult to locate the place the first time but when we did get there then it was very easy to find.

It was very quiet, perfect for someone who wants to take a break from the commotion of a city. There were many trees, it made us think it was quieter and calmer, again good for a big family. Close to Melissani Cave, Myrtos beach and some other attractions.
Perfect house for a family with children . We found everything that we need, the kitchen has everything it needs for someone to cook delicious food, it even has a washing machine for laundry. The hosts were really nice and caring. Thanks! 😘

Very easy to get all over the island. The house is very clean, comfortable, plenty of space, great washing machine, the kitchen has absolutely everythinggg. Anything you can think of including utensils, scissors, bottle opener, cheese shredder, toaster, coffee maker, stove, oven, etc, etc. Everything works perfectly! WiFi is fantastic as well.
There is a gem of a local tavern which is famous on the island, it is called Robolis which is a 1 minute walk away from the house as well. All of the lamb, pork, goat, etc from the restaurant is grown by them. Place is exquisite and cheapest we encountered on the entire island. Could eat there every day.

The house is very comfortable and perfectly located - just in the middle of Kefalonia. Perfect base to visit whole island and Ithaka. Two good grill tavernas in 100m distance. Much more choice of good tavernas in Sami port nearby. 5 minutes by car to caves Drogarati and Melissani. Excelent support, hospitality and care from The Owner living nearby. The fully equipped apartment (also with some not mentioned accesories like washing machine) is cleaned every day.

The cottage is located in a very calm village surrounded by lush nature. It's an excellent starting point for exploring the island: Anti Samos beach, unarguably the most beautiful in Kefalonia, is just a 15 minute drive, Melisssani cave at 5 minutes. It's a newly constructed house, very spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen and large living room. Everything for a comfortable stay was available: excellent WiFi, air conditions, mosquito nets, fully equipped kitchen. The house was often cleaned and towels & linen changed every couple of days. A 5 stars service. The hosts were extremely friendly and generous. When we arrived we found everything we needed to start: fresh eggs, cheese and ham, milk, cornflakes, jam, bread. A never seen before hospitality. We felt at home.
