The staff was friendly and tried to be very helpful. The pool area is pleasant and well-maintained. They allowed me to use an outlet to charge my computer while I worked by the pool. The drinks served were excellent.

The disorganization of the check-in process made it feel like the management wasn't doing their job. We did call and asked to extend our stay to two nights, but the person checking us in didn't know anything about this. She then moved us to a room in a large building instead of the cabin we had booked initially. We mentioned this to another employee the next day, and he seemed confused by that. We also found the beds extremely uncomfortable and the pillows very lumpy and hard to use. The room itself was clean, but the construction or maintenance needs improvement. The guests shouldn't see the cracks or seams of the drywall or the screws used to hang it. And there was no sitting area in the room for me to work privately, so I had to go to the pool area to work. The food was lack luster and was unseasoned, so we chose not to eat there the 2nd night.

We had to climb hills! I have MS so it was not a welcomed event just to get a drink or a bite to eat. plus they were out of a lot of food we tried to order. The bed mattresses wereA AWFUL! felt like two different mattresses in one. one side hard, a slope, next side soft. Did not sleep well at all. the TV was something neither of us could figure out so that was out. And only one of us could connect to the internet.?Very frustrating when you are a long way from home.

Close to the ruins. Front porch is peaceful. Bar area was nice and the drinks were great. Wake up to birds chirping!

Pool is not exclusive to guests.

The place is great and very quiet. The children loved the pool. The restaurant near the pool serves great dishes. I forgot a towel in the room. I found out when back home. It was easy to recover the towel and get it sent home. I would like to thank the hotel people again for this! I will very likely come back to this hotel in the future.

This accommodation was prefect from the friendliness of staff to the amazing food. The cabin was big and we loved that there was a swimming pool but the best part was the quiet location and the birds singing. Amazing from start to finish. Highly recommend.

This place has everything, it was clean, quiet, had a pool and a restaurant right on site. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They really cared about how their guests were taken care of and two thumbs up to the housekeeping staff as well, this place was spotless.

The Inn is outside the city so you really can appreciate the trees, birds and mountains. Staff was really nice, especially Iris who helped us book everything during our stay, from Caracol and cave tubing tours to trasportation.

It's a bit outside the city. You can walk it in about 45 minutes but there's not really other transportation outside of taxies (was pretty cheap taxi ride of $10 bzd) so just have to come prepped!

Nothing. The property is beautiful. The restaurant was good. We had a car and found the location to be perfect for our plans. Easy 5 minute drive in and out of the downtown area.

I loved the surroundings and the scene. It's very covid-friendly as all of the cabins are spread out into nature. Having a restaurant/bar available was very convenient and allowed less traveling back and forth to the city for food and beverages. The food was quite delicious too. Pool available 24/7 to guests. Also, the customer service was amazing.

My bathroom faucet was leaking from the handle and messed up the sink with water. One of the fan lights wasn't working either. Those are my only 2 complaints. All around would recommend for another stay.
