A friendly host, parking right in front of the house, a spacious bathroom with a washing machine, a nice apartment altogether, a supermarket down the street and the bus stop (for the bus to get to Dubrovnik old town) a few minutes walk down the road.

A bit too small of a kitchen to fit us all, but we are a family of five, so...😂

Everything was perfect! Great facilities incl fully kitted kitchen, giant TV, amazing balcony, washing machine and parking. Its perfect!

Perfect Location! Everything you need within walking distance. Sandra was so helpful and always there if we needed to ask a question. The property was everything the other reviews have said and the view at night is just amazing. With out doubt the best property we have ever stayed in for ticking all the boxes.

A simply fantastic apartment in a great location in Lapa. Easy access to supermarket, bus to main bus station and restaurants/beach. The view from the apartment and the balcony, which gets sunshine all day, is just stunning. Superbly decorated apartment with excellent furnishings. Feels like a home away from home. Excellent correspondence with Sandra the owner - what a lovely, helpful and kind person! Book it - you won’t regret it!

Excellent location, super clean apartment and very nice host.

Quiet apartment within a five minute walk to the Lapad beach and walkway. It is comfortable with a lovely balcony and Dubrovnik is a 10 minute bus ride away or short taxi ride. Sandra is very helpful and friendly.

A beautiful, clean and cozy place to stay in Dubrovnik. The owner is super nice and very helpful. The apartment is well equipped and is very convenient to access grocery stores, restaurants and beaches in the area. We definitely enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommend this place! I also recommend using the uber/taxi service the owner's nephew runs. We used him not only from the airport to the apartment but also to get to the old city and other places. He is very flexible and very friendly!

I ended up staying for three weeks, appreciated how very helpful Sandra (owner) was when my plans unexpectedly changed. The apartment is in a great location in Lapad - away from the most crowded tourist areas of Dubrovnik, very family-friendly, beautiful walks by the sea along a pedestrian walkway around the peninsula, easy beach access, and plenty of restaurants/cafes just nearby. Easy bus ride to old town Dubrovnik (15+ min). The apartment's nicest feature is the balcony with small table and chairs, lovely view of the sea and sunsets.

The only thing I can think of is that because I ended up staying so long (3 weeks), it would have been nice to have more variety of kitchen pots/pans/utensils for cooking. But there was plenty there to get by with.

If the purpose of your stay is not to visit Dubrovnik Old Town every day, the area of Lapad, where Sandra's apartment is, is the perfect choice. The apartment itself is a spotlessly clean and comfortable place and Sandra is an amazing host. You will find beaches, hiking trails, bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets all within a 5-10 min walk from your doorstep. And if you wish to travel to the Old Town by public transport, the first bus stop is 5 min away, the ride will take approx. 15 min and cost less than 2€. The view from the apartment is just as amazing.

Everything is great, just like last time. Near the sea, pedestrian promenade, shops. I recommend to everyone.

The view from all the rooms is perfect, the apartment is clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything needed for both breakfast and dinner. A landlord is very friendly and helpful.
