The condo was as advertised. Very clean, spacious, and nice view of the ocean from the balcony. Our only hiccup was the property manager was supposed to send me an email with access codes and how to pick up a key fob to access the pool and common area doors. We called David and he was able to get us the info and to find someone to get us a key fob. Communication with David was always quick, easy and efficient. The area has plenty of restaurants and we also made a day trip to Key West. Highly recommend and would not hesitate to stay again.

This was our first time staying in the keys after spending several years in Ft. Myers beach.After realizing how different it would be, we really appreciated the beauty, the perfect weather and the uniqueness of this area. The condo was very comfortable, spacious, very clean, had every tool we needed in the kitchen. Lovely pool with beautiful surroundings. Beautiful sunrises over the beach area.So many delicious restaurants, although sometimes the traffic was pretty rough! We did have to put up with painting and some other construction noise disruptions. Not being able to use a balcony when the view and weather were so gorgeous was very frustrating! Hopefully, that won’t be an issue for future guests. It really is a great property and lovely condo.

The unit was lovely, clean, and had everything we needed - except the balcony. Unfortunately during the 1st 5 days of our stay a construction project meant no deck access. The owner had let us know, but only a couple week ahead of time, and he did make a price adjustment to compensate. Other than the construction, everything was great, huge pool, sandy area near the water (but not really a swimming beach). We wouldnt hesitate to return.

The inside of the condo is beautiful. Very nice furniture and appliances. The guest bed was comfortable, the master bed was not. Also the master bedroom gets VERY hot at night with the door shut. The kitchen is well stocked. Lots of towels are provided. View from the balcony is ok. You can see the water, but also power lines. We were able to see dolphins playing in the water from the balcony. Checkout process was super easy. Check in was a little rough. We did not get an email notification on how to access the condo in advance from owner or condo manager as per the vrbo notification. Had to call owner to get codes. Apparently his computer was being fixed so he didnt send us any info prior to arrival. He gave me the code to the building and the lockbox but failed to tell us how to get the driveway gate to open. Thankfully someone else staying here happened to be walking through and helped us. We had no idea where the condo managers office was. And by the time we found it they were gone. Because the manager was gone, we couldn't get a wristbands and more importantly the key fob to open the pool gates and game room. The manager is only there from 12 to 5, not 9 to 1 like the book in the condo said so we couldn't access the pool/game room until 1/2 through the 2nd day. The deadbolt was very sticky and hard to unlock. We stopped using it while staying here because we were afraid a key would break off. Beach was basically unusable because of construction work being done on the balconies on the beach side. We had no notice of the construction. Construction noise started early, around 7am. It was constant beeping and jackhammering. We didn't stick around the property too long becauseof this, which was unfortunate because the majority of the reason we chose this was for the private beach and pool. I also would suggest the condo (not the owner) add some lounge chairs to the beach. Not just plastic upright chairs to go with the 1 table on the beach. The table could also stand to be replaced as it was kind of falling apart and pretty rusty. There was also a very sharp metal strip about 2 inches wide and the length of the balcony right outside the doors. I'm not sure the purpose but use caution so you don't cut your foot. It's worse than stepping on a Lego. Overall if it hadn't been for the construction I think we would have had a much nicer time. With a few updates this could definitely be a 5 star place!

Condo was extremely clean, well stocked with kitchen utensils and decorated beautifully. From a mini sewing kit to assortment of books and games David and Ginette didn't miss a thing. The residents were friendly. Our check in experience with Liz was wonderful. Pool, community room and grounds were well taken care of. I saw some reviews that did not like the high school located nearby. We didn't mind it at all. We could not hear any bells ringing or students, not even from our balcony. We watched the beautiful sunrise each morning. We just can't say enough about our stay and hope to return.

This is a beautifully decorated condo with a great ocean view. We had a great time and the owner was very responsive to any of our questions and needs. The location is close to shopping, groceries, restaurants, and entertainment. I would definitely recommend this rental property to others.

We loved the peaceful area of Islamorada and Tavernier. Great view and large balcony with views from every room. It was neat seeing the high school next door setup for graduation from the unit. Loved the game room with speedball, ping pong, and table shuffleboard as well as the corn hole game outside in the sand. Such a wonderful location with easy access to great food at local restaurants!

We had a wonderful week with 4 adult family members. The unit was VERY clean and well decorated. The everyone we met was friendly and the little beach area was a good spot to catch some sun. It’s not a swimming area which was OK with us. We had a very pleasant week at the end of January. Temps were high 60’s to mid 70’s during the day.

Cleanest VRBO I've ever used! Can't say how much I appreciate this!! Location was perfect and set far enough back from road noise. The view was so pretty. Beds were comfy. All the creature comforts of home. Pool was heated. Nice fitness room and game room. Loved all the games in our room.

A little more laid back than Key West. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Able to watch both sunrise and sunset from the balcony. Very nice pool area. Never crowded and perfect water temperature. The condo was very clean and had everything you need for a great vacation.

Centrally located clean and very nice condo. We enjoyed our stay with very few problems.

David was excellent at communicating with us throughout our trip! This is the best place to stay in the keys!! To get the full experience, renting a kayak is a MUST! We saw a very large manatee, a baby shark, an eel, and beautiful fish on our kayak trip! They also have a small island with a bench across from the condo that is very cool to kayak too with cool seashells! Water shoes help when the tide is low! ;) We also rented a boat from A &A boat rentals for half the cost of other boat rental places! If you rent a boat, go see Oscar and head to the sandbar! The private beach at the condo is nice and quiet. The people that live at the condo are so so friendly!! Very welcoming! It is an older property, so I would recommend checking there is no upgrades planned to go on during your stay. I had read all the Google and VRBO reviews about the upgrades that went on from when they were hit by Irma, so I assumed they would have been completed by my stay! And they were, But just like any older building, it still needed some maintenance and upkeep! We did not expect the construction during our stay, but we were able to accommodate our stay with adventures during the day! Regardless, the owners of this property take pride in their rental, and are willing to do anything possible to make sure you have a 5 star experience while you’re there! They have the awesome reviews for a reason. Also, make sure you bring some quarters for laundry, we ended up going to four places to exchange change for laundry while we were there! It ends up being $4 a load for laundry! Not a big deal, but I wish we were better prepared with change! Thank you for the awesome stay!!
