Everything about our stay was perfect. Jill is fantastic such a joy to work with.The location right across the street from the beach is just what we were looking for and to have a pool was the topping on the cake..

This property is literally steps from the beach which is wonderful but the two window A/C units were not enough to keep apartment cool, could not sleep very well because of this AND THE BED NEEDS REPLACING!!

We had a great experience renting from Jill. She was super accomodating and checked on us to ensure we were satisfied with everything. The rental was spotless and exactly as pictured. Although it is a studio, it seems larger due to the great use of space. It's location was super close to the beach and within walking distance to Bridge Street. We hope to rent again!

We really enjoyed our time at this property. We did wish there was a curtain or door separating the kitchen area from the bedroom/sitting room for early morning risers. The bed is very close to the door which took some getting used to. Any concerns that came up were quickly handled by the owners. Next time we would choose a two bedroom unit. Access to the beach was awesome - about 100 steps away from the water.

The property was just as listed. Walk less than 100 ft and you’re on a beautiful white sand beach. The trolley has a north and south bound stop within 75 ft of the cottage. Jill communicates very well and ensures your stay is going well. Will be staying again.

Great location steps from the beach and trolley stop, heated pool, quiet - hidden gem. Marks my third stay (stayed in almost all of the 4 units). Just terrific!

The unit was exactly as pictured in the listing. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable! And you can’t beat the proximity to the beach (you literally have to just cross a street and you’re there).
Jill was also an extremely helpful and responsive host! We would absolutely stay here again.

This is an outstanding location, I never actually counted, but incredibly close to the beach. Quiet area, but several resturants and bars in easy walking distance. Also a great local gift shop. Room was excellent, with a well equipped kitchen. Communication was also outstanding, we had a slight bit of trouble finding out door(#3), and help was immediate. Our room wasn't actually hard to find, accessed from pool deck, I was just reluctant to go through a gate w/o confirmation. 100% will stay here again.

We had a great time on Anna Maria Island. The room looked exactly as pictured... It's cute and very comfortable. We had everything we needed and Jill was just a quick text away. We are definitely coming back! The distance to the beach is a major bonus, just steps away. Thank you Jill for a great vacation home away from home!

Just what we needed ! My husband and I needed a little break from life and this was exactly the best thing for us ! Jill’s cottage is adorable , comfortable and in the best location. This place is a hidden treasure. It’s so close to the beach and yet so quiet and peaceful. The unit is so beachy and has everything you need. The pool is clean and warm. Jill is so nice and was wonderful! I can’t say enough good things about it really. We had a wonderful time and already hoping to come back

My daughter and I traveled to the Bradenton area for a large lacrosse tournament and decided to stay on the beach in lieu of a team hotel. We absolutely loved the location (steps from a beautiful not-crowded beach, easy to get to the venues and close to great restaurants and grocery/gas. Jill could not have been nicer and more accommodating. From the initial reservation through checkout, she offered amazing customer service. I feel like we are even friends now! Will def be back.

My husband and I stayed at Jill's property for our anniversary trip to AMI. It was the perfect spot - the best was comfortable, the space was clean and well appointed, and it was walkable to the beach. Jill was a wonderful host! We arrived late, and she texted to make sure we got in ok and connected the next morning to make sure the space was to our liking. I highly recommend this property and will stay again if we return to the area!

This is the perfect location if you want to walk to the beach and just relax. The owner was great and very accommodating. This is not a touristy island and was just want we wanted for a quiet getaway. Love the fact that it was a king bed too.

Me and my family’s stay was amazing.Jill is the best host I had so far.she is seriously the best. she answers back to any questions very quickly, she is very organized with the whole process and communicates everything very well .the unit 3 that we stayed in is a perfect size for 2 people.the pool was literally right outside our door and there’s a bunch of beach chairs to lay down and tan on.there’s also a few tables sets with chairs and an umbrella that you can eat on which was super convenient to be able to hangout eat and jump in the pool.the best part was that the beach is right across the street and I love how Jill provides a bunch of beach chairs and beach towels .I will definitely be back.thank you so much Jill we appreciate you.

This is an amazing little place to stay while visiting Anna Maria Island! Everything we needed was there, and we were within walking distance to an awesome spa, grocery store, pharmacy, Dunkin, gas station… everything!! The beach is right across the street, and it is GORGEOUS!!!! The bed….let’s just say that I’ve asked for the info on it so that I can find one here to purchase for myself! It was incredible and made for fabulous sleep! Jill, the property owner, is easily and quickly available. She even texted us over our stay to check on us and to make sure all was well! The only negative is the 11 hour drive for me. I’d do it again to stay here again!

This is such a charming place I will definitely be back next year! The studio that my sister and I stayed in was perfect for two people. The bed was so comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Great location and only a 2 minute walk to the beach.
Jill was amazing. Jill checked in quite often through out our stay to see if we needed anything and to see if they were satisfied. Truly was one of my best experiences renting through Vrbo.

We had a really good time at Jill’s place. It was as it was advertised. I appreciated the makeup removal towel provided. Other than that it didn’t come with any extra provided toiletries other than the basic hand soap. It was clean, air conditioner worked well, and the other guests we encountered out by the poop walking by were all pleasant.
