My stay was very good. There were somethings that I feel need mentioning. The white towels are not white and should be bleached. The carpet, especially downstairs should be taken out. It does not seem clean and sand and other things are constantly being brought in. The bedroom window screen had a big hole in it and I couldn't leave the window open. I did want bugs coming in. Other than those few things, I enjoyed the house, especially, the location.

We had a terrific stay. We like to hike, bike, paddle, and watch sunsets. This property was incredibly reasonable and allowed us exceptionally easy access to all the things we love to do at Pacific City. Thank you for having us!

The house is located on a quiet street, just 15 minutes walk from the beach. Look for paths throughout this area of Pacific City which avoid the roads -- can follow paved paths across the main hwy and over the dunes to the shore. The house is very comfortable and well-appointed. No view of the ocean, but good light and privacy.

We were in town for a family reunion. There were 7 of us that stayed at the house. It was very comfortable and the bedrooms worked great for us. Having the master on a separate floor from the other two bedrooms allowed my two daughters and three granddaughters to have the lower level all to themselves. We enjoyed are stay at this house.

We really liked the house and the neighborhood but you do have to drive a way to get to the beach.
The house is older and needs some help (kitchen sink has sides broken off, master shower doors are oddly hinges, etc) but has a nice floor plan for a family.
The house was not well stocked. No spaghetti strainer, mixing bowls, and various other items.
Bring extra napkins and paper towels as they certainly didn’t leave enough for our stay.

This home was perfect for our three adults and 4 kids that stayed here. It was fully stocked with everything we needed. The patio was a nice bonus along with a working BBQ. Definitely would rent this place again.

This home is large enough to accommodate our family of 7 with mostly young adults. It's about a half mile walking distance to the beach. There is no yard per se but there is a nice deck with bbq and table for gathering outside. The kitchen is very well stocked. The home was very clean and comfortable. Overall, a pleasant place to stay.

Perfect family beach house ! Great location and neighborhood. Very clean and the beds are comfortable! Everything worked and the kitchen was well stocked with anything you could need ! Very cozy and lots of space ! Short walk to the beach . We will definitely stay here again ! Everyone had a great time !

We were able to book this last minute and it worked out perfectly for a place for us to stay near the beach with our dogs and friends. Clean, comfortable and plenty of room for the two families and the kitchen had everything we needed.

The house was located perfectly close to where other family was staying and had eady access. My communication with the owner was wonderful. While there was only 2 of us, the hoyse would be perfect for a family vacation with the number of bedrooms and bathrooms.

This place had everything we needed. It was cozy and comfortable with a great location. It was walkable to the beach and to town. It was quiet at night and we enjoyed an evening stroll around the block each night. We would definitely return. The only thing that would make it better is a hut tub on the deck! ;)

Absolutely wonderful stay! House was extremely clean, especially considering it is a pet friendly rental. Comfortable, well stocked, nice layout. Ellen was very responsive, even going so far as warning us of an incoming storm and offering help if needed. The neighborhood was lovely and so quiet. Enjoyed the walking trails near the home. We would absolutely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. Ellen is a wonderful host. We were greeted by a fawn on our arrival. Eating grass next to the house. His/her mama was in the back relaxing. I know it’s not a big deal to a lot of folks but it was huge for us.

Basic layout of house good. Problems with maintenance and property manager. TV was so dim as to be unusable, complained to no avail. Bathroom fan so loud was unusable. Forgot some items. Told property manager. She told us when unit empty and to call when we arrive, but would not let us in to get stuff. Insisted items were not there and said we should not have come back.

We had a great stay at this property. It is in a good location, easy walk to the Pelican and close to a great little hiking trail. The layout was perfect for our group and the boys enjoyed having their own gaming space on the lower level.

Nice separated spaces for a variety of ages. Close to beach, coffee shop, and Pelican's Pub. Slightly small kitchen for the size of the house, but workable. Beautiful trails to walk your dog practically just outside the door. MasterBath not as clean as I would like, but overall the place was clean and spacious, with all the right amenities.

We decided to book a beach house last minute for my daughter's 15th birthday. (her 2nd birthday under lockdown). It's been a tough year for these kids. I let each of my daughters bring 1 friend since I have a small car. I couldn't have been more pleased with the house. Although not on the beach, it was short walk to town or the beach. We saw deer in the neighborhood as well. I can't begin to tell you how well stocked the kitchen is! That is a dream alone for a rental! The home was clean upon arrival. The floor plan is great for families that want separate spaces for kids and adults. The property manager was more than helpful as well with any questions I had. The check-in and check-out was simple.

We loved our stay!! The entire house was spotless when we arrived. There were 5 adults and 2 children (6 and 2) and the living space is super comfortable with plenty of seating for everyone.There was also plenty of floor space for toys and games. The master king was very comfortable and the bunks seemed comfortable as well. My daughter and her husband said the queen in 2nd bedroom wasn't very comfortable and they didin't sleep well. The kitchen had no staples such as olive oil, spices but we knew that going in so were well prepared. Otherwise the kitchen had everything we needed. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Not too far of a walk to the beach and Pelican Brew Pub. It was great to walk just a few 100 yards up the road from our house and see the spectacular panoramic views of the ocean and rock. Very nice exclusive neighborhood too with great walking paths and trails. The house was great with lots of room and loved the floor plan too. The sun deck was perfect too and completely sheltered from the wind which was perfect for some warm Spring sunny weather to get some color/say goodbye to the Oregon pasty white look.
