We had a great stay here! The house was very clean, and was completely updated. The kitchen was well stocked with any dishes and cooking utensils we needed. We had the pool heated, and it was nice and warm when we arrived. The pool has plenty of seating around it, and a nice large outdoor table. The walk to beach was super easy, and you can see the ocean a bit from the top deck. The golf cart made exploring the area so easy. We had such a a great time and plan to come back in the future. Property owner was super responsive. Arrived to a super clean home. Beautifully decorated. Had everything you could ask for in the kitchen! Back yard was beautiful. Great showers. Beds were firm but comfortable. Straight shot and easy walk to the beach. The public access was limited in this particular area so the beach was super crowded. Kiddos enjoyed the golf cart, we cruised every evening. Would definitely recommend this home!

Much to our surprise, when we arrived the home had been renovated from the pictures listed online. The kitchen, living, and dining areas have all been updated recently as well as the back yard. Although we were looking forward to the privacy of the shade trees in the listing, the palms will provide a much cleaner and beachier vibe when they fill in. The host was helpful and responsive. The maintenance guy was quick to fix any bumps in the road we encountered. Our only mild complaint was that the upstairs mattresses are very firm and could use updating, or a decent mattress pad. Other than that, we could not have chose a more fabulous property for our guests age 2.5 to 68. It is great there’s a kids room with an attached Jack and Jill bath for the parents upstairs. Also, there’s two master suites on the main floor which is hard to find! The golf cart was a fabulous addition to have as you can drive them everywhere except the main highways. It made going to the beach a breeze! The location is also fabulous. You’re just a few blocks away from the main highway, gas station, Publix, shopping center, and entertainment. We will definitely stay here again if we visit Destin again.

We loved so many things about this property - large kitchen, multiple bedrooms with attached baths, pool, porch, corn hole, outdoor seating and six-seater golf cart. It was a quick walk to the beach and we love the Pompano beach access. It has been updated with new decor and furniture which made it even better than what we were expecting. Would love to stay at this same house again in the future!

The house is very well located to everything. We had a group of 14 an it was very spacious. The golf cart was nice to have also.

Great property for family vacation. The house was very spacious. Bedrooms are big and overall the house is very accommodating. Excellent location… about a block from the beach. The golf cart was an added bonus. Highly recommend. Hope to book this one again in the future.

We had 3 families with a total of 6 adults and 7 kids during spring break. There was plenty of room for us all! The pictures are outdated, many of the furniture and decor has been updated and there is a garbage disposal now. New pool chairs, a large outside table under the pergola, new LR furniture, kitchen table/chairs/stools, no more carpet or tile, all new vinyl wood floors! We had a few issues after we checked in but after a rapid response from the owner they were fixed. Property is 2 blocks to the beach and the golf cart was a perfect added touch to get the kids out for a spin here and there to go to the park or ice cream. The backyard is adorable at night with the bags set in the back with the string lights and the pool lights on! We brought our projector and set up a movie night by the pool one evening for the kids while the adults played bags! It was perfect!! Would definitely stay again!

My family of 15 had a wonderful stay. The golf cart was a huge asset that came with the house and the beach is beautiful and easy to get to. Bob is a wonderful communicator and everything went smoothly.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We had everything we needed. The house was clean. Plenty of space and parking. The corn hole game in the back yard was fun. The beds are not very comfortable though and the extra 350.00 to heat the pool was expensive I thought. Overall we had a great trip.

Property was nice, short walk to the beach , golf cart was a nice addition! Screened in patio was nice for morning coffee! The outdoor seating around the pool was nice! Good size pool, the light didn’t work when we showed up, but we sent a text and it was fixed the next day! All in all we would definitely book here again!

Amazing - beautifully decorated; great atmosphere; just a minute or two from the beach, shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!!

We have been renting houses in the FL panhandle multiple times a year for 10 years so this review comes from experience. THE CONS: -The kitchen sink does not have a garbage disposal...are you kidding me? We had to scrape every dish, pot and pan into the trash before putting it in the dishwasher because there's no disposal in the skink! We felt like we were camping all week, having to scrape everything in the trash and even that didn't help the sink from getting clogged. -We blew breakers daily. Yep...you can't run multiple things at the same time or BOOM! No electricity upstairs, BOOM! no electricity downstairs! This got annoying after day 2. -The house was very, very dirty...I wish I could upload all of the pictures I took. The house was nasty. Pink and black mold in every bathroom shower /tub. Dust so thick on the furniture and wall hangings. I don't think the ceiling vent fans in the bathrooms have ever been cleaned...the dust was so bad little air got through. There was grime behind the sink faucets and along every edge in every bathroom. The crud was so thick in between where the kitchen counter met the sink! The HVAC filter was so nasty dirty and looks like it has not been changed in a year. I'm surprised we aren't sick breathing in all the dust and grime! -The white bath towels were stained with dark spots...so I bought a bottle of bleach and bleached every single white towel in the entire house (did that on day 2). -The sinks and tubs didn't drain. Had to stand in black moldy water just to take a shower. -The dust under the beds was so thick I honestly don't think the floors under the beds have been mopped in a year. When I reached out to Bob Foy about the cleaning and draining issues he told me that this is the "end of the busy season" and he would send his maintenance person and cleaning people over. Okay...so....the six g's I paid to rent this house for Thanksgiving week does not qualify for a clean rental because it's the end of the busy season?? Really?? I guess my $6K is worthless then? The cleaning people did come and try to clean the pink and black mold out of the showers / tubs. Maintenance person also came several times. PRO'S: -There were enough beds for everyone in the family. -The heated pool was great. The kids swam every day even though the temps were colder this year. -The corn hole area in the back of the property was great and we enjoyed it. -Golf Cart and location to the beach was awesome -We enjoyed each othe

Warm and inviting. Everything we needed for our extended family get together was provided. Plenty of room for adults to spread out. Big kitchen and well stocked. Location was perfect on Pompano- easy walk to the beach- and easy access to anywhere with the provided golf cart. Will visit Again. Seamless Vacation.

Had a wonderful family vacation. Five bedrooms have king beds and bathrooms and are very similar... Making room choices easy and equal for groups. Well equipped kitchen and open layout. Golf cart very handy to get to the beach. Very nice outdoor furniture around pool....pool area great except for umbrellas which badly need to be replaced. Has an early checkout,9am, a lot of expectations for checkout including state to empty clean dishwasher and sweeping floors. More checkout rules than most places watershed out along with big cleaning charge. Overall very nice rental

Had 4 families-14 member from age 1 thru 75 and it was enjoyed by all. The pool area, screened in room and outside area was especially enjoyed!

We absolutely loved this house! It’s such a great location and having to golf cart to ride to dinner made things so easy! I would definitely recommend staying here and my family and I plan on coming back in the future!

The house was even better in person, well stocked and updated the decor. Location was extremely convenient and quiet neighborhood. The neighbors had some loud music a couple nights but nothing too long. Look forward to coming back.

This place is exactly as described. The pool is great (we had it heated) and we really enjoyed the corn hole set in the back. There was plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen is very well stocked. Super close to the beach!

Nice, big house. Had just recently been updated inside so all of the furnishings were beautiful. The backyard and pool area makes this property very nice to stay at. You can pay extra to heat the pool, which was perfect for us as the weather was cooler for the week that we stayed. House is well stocked with bath towels. You will need to bring your own beach towels. Also will need to bring your own soaps and kitchen supplies. There are pots and pans, but only salt and pepper to cook with. The owner was excellent to work with and responded to my texts right away.

This is a very nice house. It was just as advertised in the listing. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it for anyone interested in staying in the Destin area.

This location offered everything we could need as my family transitioned to the area. We were a long-term stay for the month of January. Our host was very gracious and permitted us to bring our three furry family members with us, for a reasonable fee of course. The home was well stocked and the maintenance man was quick to arrive for minor issues we had with a tub and the dryer. Our only issue was the construction of a new home that was going on throughout our entire stay. Workers started at 6:30 am and worked some evenings until 6 pm+. They also worked those same hours on the weekend:( I wish we had known about the construction prior to arrival as my spouse and I work odd hours and also had children's school schedules to contend with. Nothing much the host could do, but it was the only real downside of our stay.

Perfect home for a stay in Destin! Conveniently located in the heart of Destin. Plenty of choices for going out to eat or running across the street to Publix for food. Short walk or golf cart ride to the beach, or stay home and enjoy the pool. Bob was absolutely amazing to work with - very responsive and accomodating during our trip!

This house was really nice. The kitchen had all the amenities you'd need. All of the bedrooms had a bathroom attached (2 upstairs shared a jack and jill that would be perfect for parents/kids. The backyard was fenced in so if you take a dog you don't have to worry about it getting lose. The pool was really nice and the furniture by it was ample.
