El apartamento está situado en el último piso de una casa ubicada en una zona hermosa y muy tranquila de la isla de Čiovo, a solo 10 metros del mar con playa privada. Imagen de ducha, tumbonas, sombrillas solo para huéspedes. Posible amarrar el bote frente a la playa.
Las ventajas son que posee la playa privada frente a la casa con hamacas y sombrillas, parque infantil, gran terraza (50m2) con una hermosa vista abierta al mar, estacionamiento y garaje justo en frente de la casa.
El apartamento está totalmente equipado y moderno.

Absolutely terrific apartment. Very comfortable and had everything that we could need. The sea view is tremendous from the spacious terrace which has comfortable sun loungers/furniture and was also great for outdoor dining.
Thanks also to Ivan for meeting us at the airport from a late night flight.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it is just gorgeous. The big doors from both the living room and kitchen out on to the great sized terrace with plenty of seating just make this apartment a truly wonderful place to be, the views are breathtaking and we never tire from soaking them up. Being able to pop across the small lane to the beach area to swim in the Adriatic is great.
The apartment is great and well equipped and Ivan is always quick to respond to any questions.

We had an awesome nice vacation at Ivan's apartment. He patiently wait until we arrived very late, thanks for that warm welcome late in the night. He show us every detail, from the nice kitchen with an supremely filled up fridge (with dalmatian especial food & beverages) , the huge terrace with the spectacular view to the islands Brac, Solta, Hvar. The flat was very clean and comfortable. All things which are necessary for an convenient stay where available. We didn't miss anything! From the sun beds to a cozy shell at the terrace, the comfortable couch (usable as a additional bed) the two sleeping rooms and the very well equipped bathroom (rain shower) and Light System. We had also the possibility to park our car into the garage directly under the apartments. We would like to be back.

Fantastic stay Ivan was very helpful. The view from the balcony was fantastic. The apartment had everything you could wish for plus lots of extra little touches. The only downside for us was that it was listed as two bathrooms when in fact there was one bathroom with toilet and then a separate toilet. Apart from that we very much enjoyed our stay.

We loved our week here. The view is incredible the apartment has everything needed and is clean and new. The kitchen is newer than the photos appear. Two air conditioners kept us cool. The additional toilet was very handy. Will miss popping down to the beach for many swims.

Great apartment that easily fits five people. Very modern and fully equipped. The view from the balcony is breathtaking.
Acces to the sea is just down the stairs and a great pebble beach is only a 5 minute walk away.

A truly lovely apartment with a stunning view. The aparment was lovely and clean and really well equipped. The terrace is as beautiful as it looks in the pictures and the beach is only a few steps away which is definitely a bonus. The apartment is in a lovely quiet area yet within easy reach of a great restaurant and beach bar just 5 minutes walk down the coast path.
Ivan was really helpful and very accommodating.
We will definitely be returning.

Truly stunning apartment in a wonderful and beautiful part of the world. Ivan was a fantastic host, and could not do more for us during our stay. The apartment is located close to the sea, with a private beach of crystal clear water. There are local amenities including small shop a small walking distance from the villa; with numerous fantastic shops and restaurants a small drive away. 20 minutes from airport. Beautifully presented and clean, with all furnishing and equipment which would be expected. Very quiet location, and not disturbed. Overall stunning property in an even more stunning locations, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, peaceful and luxurious holiday!
