Great stay in this large home with direct access to beach. New kitchen was a pleasure to cook in. Will definitely be back next year.

The house was perfect for our family gathering for a NYC wedding! It was immaculately clean! Perfect location. Tons of room! Beach for kids to play right out back door. We had an issue when we arrived and the owner was on it immediately! All resolved! Only drawback was lack of supplies that I have been accustomed to in other rentals. Extra blankets, dishwasher/washer soap, paper products etc. Bare bones kitchen items. Maybe they accumulate over the course of the summer as we purchased many items and left excess. Other than that it was a lovely weekend. Can't wait to come back!

We rented the house with my cousin and his family. We had 4 adults and 5 kids and the house fit our needs and then some. The location on the beach made our stay with 5 kids easy. The deck was a perfect spot to hang out and listen/watch to the ocean. I would recommend to others.

This was an absolutely wonderful place to celebrate our week of birthdays. Rented this property with my family, including husband, 6 year-olds, mother-in-law, brother-in-law and parents - and our golden retriever. All different ages - everyone had a great time. The property was clean, and had all the basic needs of a family including a kitchen with utensils, a fridge, stove, oven. It was accessible to my brother-in-law with physical limitations… Although he did have to climb two steps, coming through the back porch was easier. There is a bedroom and full bath on the first floor, which made it easy. The beach was right outside. We didn’t need to interact with anyone and plenty of places delivered. Great isolated, safe, fun place for my family to get away this pandemic.

This home is beautiful and very spacious Beautiful views of the water. Perfect spot for a family to vacation. We enjoyed walking out on the sand bars, relaxing on the deck and listening to the waves. The house is very clean, warm and welcoming!

Plenty of room and plenty of bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay. Of note, Be prepared. We learned from another reviewer that the renter is responsible for paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwashing detergent, sponges, laundry detergent. That reviewer also mentioned that there are not enough plates, glasses or mugs or dining chairs for all 11 guests, so we brought our own. The wonderful house, many bathrooms and location far made up for the extra things we ended up packing. We would do it again.

This property is even more gorgeous in person! Upon entering, everything was spotless. Julie is so attentive to details and ensures that everything is well for your stay. Being directly on the beach was a real treat, it was super private which is rare for a beach property. I can’t wait to come back next summer to stay here. Everything was amazing! If I could give 100 stars I would!

The house was perfect. Enough room for our family of 8 adults and the fact that we were right on the beach was amazing. The grill was damaged from a recent storm and when I reached out to the owner we had a brand new one the next day. We vacationed in state this year because of the virus but I would absolutely do this again.

We had a fantastic time with friends and kids! The house is right on the beach so we could go back and forth as needed and the house was very large with a lot of bedrooms and bathrooms for each family. We will return next year!

The house and location were awesome. All the rooms were clean and nicely furnished. The deck offered great views and the place was spacious and well maintained. The only negative we would note was the limited number and variety of utensils, pot and pans, coffee cups, glasses, and basic supplies like paper towels, garbage bags, and toilet paper. Other than that we would happily stay there again.

I just returned from a fun beach vacation with my family (spouse, teenage son, twenty- something stepson and niece, brother-in-law and parents). The house is beautiful and location ideal. We spent most of the time sitting on the deck staring at the water, but were glad to have the spacious layout during the tropical storm. Will definitely consider a return visit!

This house is even nicer in person and the pictures don’t do it justice. The common space downstairs is spacious and can accommodate a small crowd. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Fairfield shoreline vacation in this huge, recently renovated home right on the beach! The sleeping accommodations were perfect and with four bathrooms everyone could get up and out together- no waiting! The kitchen was nicely appointed with plenty of space for our groceries as well. The beach is mostly sandy and the low tide offers opportunity for "exploring" the local live crustacean and shells: perfect for kids and adults alike. You will have a very lovely and relaxing time here!

We wanted a laid back vacation with our daughters and our four grandchildren, and both the house and its location gave us exactly what we wanted. We lived in the general area for 12 years (20 years ago) and were easily able to entertain old friends at the house. There was a nice deck with a table and umbrella from which we watched spectacular tidal swings that provided ever changing views of the beach for the adults and new discoveries for the children every hour. (Kids ranged in age from 4 to 9.) The house itself was clean, in good condition, well maintained (all the plumbing and water pressure worked perfectly as did the appliances and A/C) and well stocked with towels and basic necessities such as dishwashing soap, sponges, laundry needs, and garbage bags as well as plenty of dishes and basic kitchen utensils. For outings, we took the train into NYC, went to Compo Beach in Westport, and some played golf at the nearby par three golf course, but mostly we enjoyed long walks on the beach during low tide collecting shells and watching sea gulls snatch crabs from the water, and swimming at high tide. We all thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation.

I stayed here for a long weekend with some of my girlfriends, and I was just blown away by this property, and the customer service provided by the owner. Walking into the house, not a thing was out of place and the house was spotless. It was perfect for my 4 friends and I, we each had our own rooms, adorned with fresh linens and beautiful furnishings. The view was breathtaking, since we were right on the water, besides the view there was so much to do in Downtown Fairfield -- which was right down the street! Shopping, ice cream shops, amazing restaurants. The owners, Julie and Paul were so accommodating, and easy to get in touch with, and answered any and all of our questions! It was a great getaway for my girlfriends and I... can't wait to book another "stay-cation" here!
