Renovated Beach Haven with Private Back Yard
¡NUEVO PARA EL MERCADO DE ALQUILER! 17 W Wyoming Ave es una casa unifamiliar junto a la bahía disponible para alquiler de verano. Esta excelente ubicación se encuentra en un vecindario tranquilo, pero se encuentra a poca distancia de varias tiendas, restaurantes y cafeterías. La playa está a solo 2 cuadras de la playa y hay un acceso público a la bahía que da a una calle para pescar, practicar cangrejos o las famosas puestas de sol de LBI. La casa fue completamente renovada en 2014 y cuenta con pisos de madera noble, baños de azulejos y aire acondicionado central. Hay 4 habitaciones, incluida una principal con baño privado, dos salas de estar, cada una con un sofá cama Queen y un plano de planta abierto. La casa de estar sin revertir se abre a un patio privado cercado en un patio trasero con porche cubierto, pavimentadora y mucho espacio para disfrutar del aire libre. ¡Ayúdate a las manzanas y fresas que crecen en el patio! The house is nice and the fenced backyard is a plus(although plants or weeds are growing into the clothes line). The owner always responded timely to questions although didn’t always provide a usable answer. It would be helpful if the welcome notebook included instructions for using the tvs (the downstairs tvs should be on HDMI3 and upstairs is only for streaming). garbage and recycling instructions and schedules, how to lock the front door which was not locked on arrival, etc. I hate to have to keep asking the owner questions but he always replied.
All in all the house is comfortable (except the saggy master bed) and well equipped.

17 Wyoming was a wonderful home for the week. Nathan was a great host and everything was super easy.

Nathan was fabulous! We had a few minor glitches but he was on it immediately. House was super clean! I’m real picky when it comes to cleanliness. The two living rooms were great. Yard was nice. House was very cozy. Pet friendly was a big plus! Kitchen was very organized and pretty. Great location. We loved our stay and plan to come back again next year. If I had to say anything negative, the downstairs twin mattresses could use replacing. Not dirty, just old. The other mattresses were great. Also, the beach chairs are super rusty. I’m sure they were left by other renters but you should bring your own. Other than that, 5 stars

Our daughter was married at Bonnet Island Estate on 9/3. We stayed the day prior to the wedding for the rehearsal and a week after the wedding to decompress. The property was just what we needed and even our dog Sophie could be part of the festivities❤️

Very good experience staying here. The owner was extremely responsive for any questions we had. The house was clean and a great place for us to enjoy our vacation. Definitely recommend staying here.

The house was great for our group of adults and teens. Loved that the house is dog friendly and having the yard was a big plus. The house looks just like the pictures show it and the house had everything we needed for the week.

Nathan was very communicative during our entire stay - the house was exactly what our group was looking for, and we absolutely enjoyed our time there. The sunsets at the bay close by were the highlight!

We had a wonderful time at 17 Wyoming. The house was spotless, the location was great- a short walk to the beach during the day and the bay to watch the sunset in the evening, close to restaurants and coffee shops. The backyard was lovely- lots of seating areas, outdoor shower, bbq and fenced in - perfect set up for my children and dog. Nathan was very accommodating and accessible. Would love to come back a

Our family had a wonderful time. The house is very clean, charming and in a great location on the island. We definitely will be back in the future. We would recommend this house to anybody looking to vacation at LBI.

The property was clean and comfortable. The new kitchen and the new bathrooms were nice. The neighborhood was as advertised...quiet and great for strolling. The backyard was perfect for relaxing and playing with the 3 year old. The firepit was handy for a night of Smores. Just a few minor quibbles...the advertised bay access is pretty forgettable. It is essentially a 30 foot lane between two private properties with a 3 foot bulkhead across the base. One of the master bedroom light bulbs was broken (we found a spare bulb downstairs) and the toaster is ready to be replaced. Overall, it was a great weekend.

It was our first time visiting LBI and we had a wonderful time. The house was super cozy, clean and very comfortable for the whole family. I would recommend this home to anyone who wants to visit LBI.

HomeAway ad didn’t mention that we needed to bring sheets, towels, trash bags, basic condiments - the sheets and towels part was in the lease, but not in the website listing. It’s not a deterrent and Nathan was very responsive to questions about this, and did bring sheets to us on a Friday night for the beds, but it should be in the listing on the website. The toaster didn’t work and there was no blender we could find that was listed in the ad. Anyway - BRING SHEETS AND TOWELS and soap and shampoo and maybe toilet paper and trash bags. We left some ketchup and mustard so those might be there now.

Wonderful home in a great location. The home is well maintained and has a nice backyard that is fenced in and perfect for kids. Very happy we stayed.
