We had all our children fly in with their significant others for Christmas. The house was HUGE with so many fun things to do! Everyone had a wonderful time. All of us would highly recommend this wonderful home.

This house is an awesome place for big families. There are a lot of thigs to do for fun. It is spacious, has everything you need. We will definitely stay there again, when we are on vacation in San Diego.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Poway is a perfect location as we did Legoland, SeaWorld, San Diego Zoo the beach and the hike to Potato Chip Rock. The property is centrally located, close to shops and restaurants. We mostly ate at the house which was stocked with lost of condiments and seasonings. The pool was beautiful and we used it everyday. They have everything you need for the pool and the beach. We enjoyed the pictures of the owners family and felt safe in their home and knew that they had great family values similar to us. The layout of the home was spacious enough that we had no problem moving my great-nephew easily through the home in his wheel chair. If we ever make it back to the San Diego area I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!! It was a great privilege to be able to stay in this space.

The location and outdoor spaces were perfect for our family reunion. House fit our group of 15 very comfortably. Plenty of activities and the location is perfect for enjoying San Diego. Host was great to work with.

This house is amazing in so many ways. The outdoor entertainment is unmatchable. The pool, the trampoline, the pickle ball court were all used quite extensively by everyone. The fire pits and grill by the adults. It was very well stocked and very clean. The communication with Becky was great. She responded to all our concerns. We had a 6 year old who had to use a wheelchair and walker and he was able to get around with no problem. We traveled to the Zoo, Legoland, the beach and the San Diego Padres game. We were never further than 30 minutes to anything. That being said my only negative concern is probably one that is personal, on me. This home appears to be their primary home. The house is loaded with hundreds (no exaggeration) of family photos and religous pictures on the wall. The primary bedroom had both closets locked,not unusual. But one dresser was totally full of clothes, both nightstands were full, and the triple dresser had only 4 random empty drawers, so your mixing your clothes in with theirs. Basically one of us was living out of a suitcase for the week. I strongly feel that, this apparently being a primary residence and having a lot of personal items, it should be mentioned in the description. Some members from our group were uncomfortable with it. Overall, our vacation was great! We had a great time in Becky's home and would recommend it to all!

We were 19 and this house was very spacious with plenty of things to do. We went to the beach one day for a few hours but we enjoyed just being at the house. The kids and adults loved the pool, the BB court area where they played lots of pickleball. The littles loved riding the rechargeable cars. It was near a park where we took a family picture which would have been a great place to play but we pretty much stayed at the house. It’s also close to stores and places to eat. We loved our stay.

This home was amazing for our annual "Friendcation" stay. With 5 different families and kids ranging from 10 months to 9 years old, we had an amazing time. The pool, in ground trampoline and basketball court was wonderful outdoor play for the kids, not to mention the play room inside. The adults loved the pool and hot tub, pool table, fire table, and fire pit outside. There was plenty of space, with a fully equipped kitchen and all of the towels, and bedding you could possibly need. Becky was a phenomenal host, with open and easy communication and willingness to answer questions. The only reason I wouldn't want to give this review 5 stars, is I don't want other people to book it, the next time we want to stay in San Diego :-)!

This was a terrific property for us to hold our first ever family reunion with three of our married children and their families! Becky was great to work with and the location couldn't have been better for our "off-site" activities. The photos and description of the rental are spot-on and we had everything we needed for our time together. Would definitely come back!

Becky the homeowner thought of everything we would need for our family ages ranging from 3 to 83. The pool/spa was a big hit for a pool day and coming home after a day at the parks. The kitchen has everything and anything you need!! Home is beautiful. Beds were very comfortable. We would definitely rent again ❤️

This property was perfect for our multi-generation family trip! I cannot find enough positive words to describe our stay. The area is convenient. The home and yard are beautiful and well cared for. The hosts communicated every detail and were pleasant to work with. They have thought of everything!

It was a wonderful stay and we all have enjoyed a lot, especially kids. Lot of games and activities for kids. Perfect place for a group with 4-5 families with kids/teens in all ages. All specifications are accurate, friendly host, reachable all the time.

My only regret is not booking a longer stay. This home has ample amenities (pool with slide, jacuzzi, pickleball court, and a inground trampoline) is well located and impeccably clean. The beds are comfortable and most importantly the owner/manager is a great communicator.

Becky Davies is the finest host we have ever had using Vrbo, and we have used it a lot! The home was tremendous! We loved the pool! There were 12 of us and we were able to have all sorts of room. There were seven bedrooms so sleeping areas were great. We absolutely loved it! My brothers enjoyed playing pickle ball, and I would spend my time swimming or in the hot tub and they would join after playing pickle ball. There is a beautiful grand piano which was very much enjoyed by two of the women. There was a wealth of books, music, videos, with a great family room and a pool table. There is a well-stocked game closet and toys for young children. We enjoyed the walking paths in the nearby park and hiking in the hills from the park. And the best thing is the sweet, sweet spirit in the home which is full of family memories.

I just want to start out this review by pointing out that this home advertises itself as being a 'San Deigo property' however it is a good 30 minutes north-northeast from the bay. BUT that is one of the few complaints we had. Our group consisted of all family members, mostly adults with 3 children under 8yo. There was plenty for everyone to do, but the main attraction for most of us was THE POOL. I think the kids spent most of the time we were at that house in the pool. The owner was considerate of our young children and gave us the option to put up a fence around the pool which we gladly accepted. There is a daily fee/option to heat the pool which we took because it was October and we are glad we did; the weather wasn't great while we were there. The home is beautiful and huge, the pool and spa were perfect, the beds were comfy, the neighborhood safe. There is a park/playground within walking distance. I also just wanted to mention; There are hundreds of pictures of the family who owns the home up on the walls. I don't mention that as a pro or a con; we just weren't expecting it! I would highly recommend staying here; we had a wonderful time.

We had a great time staying at this rental. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for our large family group. The pool and slide were a hit with everyone. Landscape of the property was beautiful. Host was attentive when contacted.

Didn’t realize that you need to ask property owners if all appliances work? When we couldn’t figure out how to get the dishwasher to work, was told it’s been broken for 3 months but not disclosed by owner on site. Isn’t the first time something like this has happened to me on VRBO. Renter beware. House was nice but owner needs to be upfront or fix or replace major appliance like dishwasher.

The house in itself is a vacation. The kids stayed busy with swimming and the water slide, trampoline and basketball. It was a great house to come back to after our family activities. The one day we decided to just hang out at the house and have a BBQ. We really enjoyed ourselves and this house was a big part of that!

We used this home for a multi-generational family reunion to celebrate our 50th anniversary. The home was perfect and communication with the owner was great throughout our stay.

We were in Poway for our daughter’s wedding. The house was perfectly located and well appointed. The outside amenities were amazing. All the bedrooms were comfortable with quality sheets and comforters. Becky was a pleasure to deal with. We had a couple of issues- the dishwasher died- but it didn’t slow us down. Would definitely stay here again!

This home was a perfect place for us to celebrate our son’s graduation from PLNU! There was room for everyone and the pool made everyone feel like they were in a tropical oasis!

This home is a wonderful place to stay with friends and family. Enough room for everyone. So close to San Diego and in a very quiet neighborhood.

This was an absolutely amazing home with so much to do. The kids couldn’t get enough of the pool and court. They also loved the game room. Proximity to attractions was a plus as well. The communication was probably the biggest plus. Any questions or issues that came up, Becky was quick to respond with helpful information. She also checked in on us several times. Would highly recommend this beautiful home with so much to do!

We stayed 5 days with multiple families and a handful of kids. The house was very kid friendly and had lots of comfortable sleeping options. Large kitchen with lots of seating. Of course the kids (and adults) loved the outdoor space. Hours of fun in the pool and trampoline. Host Becky was great to work with and went above and beyond when we left some items behind. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future stays.

We enjoyed our stay together. 14 of us fit in to this house nicely. The pool / hot tub were delightful. The kitchen was a good size for a "small" kitchen we were able to fit 4 of us and work in our own station. Very well stocked kitchen (cookware and place setting )to feed the 14 of us. Only down side was only 1 bathroom for the 3 bedrooms upstair. There is a second bathroom but its in the primary's room, hard to get to at night. Becky, the hostess, was very helpful. When we had questions, Becky, answered our text very promptly. The location was very nice not that we left very often.

My large family and I had such a wonderful Stay at your beautiful home. The back yard with pool and hot tub were a great way to relax every day, after mothers 100 birthday festivities! Thank you Davies family!
