Property was exactly as advertised, very clean, very updated. Communication with the owner was exceptional. We have another wedding in the same area next fall, 2024. Hoping to rent the same property again .

Great location with an all youll need condo.

If you’re looking to stay near Calabash and Sunset Beach this condo is a great location. Had some trouble with the door lock yet Rich did inform us of the electronic lock was not working and he had a back-up plan in place with easy to follow directions. Once inside, the layout was great and the decor was fun too; however, we immediately noticed the smell of cigarette smoke seemingly covered up by an aerosol spray. When making the owner aware of this smell, upon our arrival, he informed us that the non-smoking listing has a neighbor downstairs who smokes and then also shared the person that lives there full time is a smoker. If you’re not sensitive to a smoke smell then you probably may not have even noticed yet we have an allergy in our family which makes us a bit more sensitive to it. Had we known this beforehand we would have picked a different place. Rich was very communicative and shared information about the lock beforehand and the smoke when asked directly. We would have liked a bit more glassware yet the other than that the kitchen was well equipped with everything you needed. The pools were warm but easily accessible and a short walk from the condo.

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was very spacious inside and extremely clean and cozy The property owner was very quick in responding to any questions I had. We love this area and often take last minute quick trips between busy schedules so this was perfect! Very close to the beach as well, we made several trips during our short stay.

We could not possibly be more pleased with our stay! The home was beautiful and communication with the owner was excellent. Highly recommend!

The condo was clean and no issues with getting into the pool etc

This condo was great. Fully equipped for a stay. Even have an indoor foreman grill and a ninja blender.. there are three queen beds if you count the sofabed and two twins. View from the master bedroom balcony is overlooking a pond and golf course. Two separate pool areas are available for use. Overall very happy with our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Nice place to stay near Ocean Isle Baseball Park

This peppery is exactly as it says in the description. It's a great place to stay. We have stayed here two years in a row and plan on staying again next year.

The condo was very spacious. Good for golfers. The kitchen was pretty well stocked. Easy entry with no problems for the week. The mattresses need to be replaced! Not conducive for a great sleep. Overall though a great weekend.

Had a bit of trouble with receiving internet signal with code being on phone. Having shared key with other friends, I had not printed it out--lesson learned. Loved the resident gator--first rental I have ever had with no linens or coffee to start the day. However, we came well prepared as "no linens" gave me a heads up. So glad that you had toilet paper--did not bring that.

we had guest speakers for all over the USA come for a conference and we rented several condos for the meetings.. it was perfect for all to be close to transport and bring in food each day... thank you... we look forward to next year

Lovely condo. We enjoyed watching the egret in the morning by the pond.

Just the perfect place to use a s a base for a week of golf. Three load snorers and no complaints. Well stocked kitchen. All amenities included and all basics needs covered. Highly recommend Rich and Heather's place. We discussed the timing of our next visit on the ride home. Hope this place is available. Thank you Rich and Heather.

Wonderful location for a beach getaway. The condo was a short distance from Ocean Isle Beach and Sunset Beach. The condo community at Sandpiper Bay was quiet and family friendly. The condo itself was clean and beautiful and very welcoming. We enjoyed our stay.

The condo was exactly as described. We had 5 adults and one child and the place was comfortably roomy for all of us. Very clean and modern, new appliances. Rich was amazing to work with and replied to all messages quickly. Convenient to the beach and we enjoyed our time poolside as well. The pool was not crowded at all and an easy walk from the condo. We are still taking of our great family getaway.

My family and I had a wonderful time on our vacation. The condo was very clean. The owners were very helpful when our code didn't work for the door. The only issue we had was the water spicket on the side of the building didn't work. We had to use the one on the next building to rinse the beach things off before putting them back up. This was not a real problem just a few feet away. We would love to stay at your condo again next year. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your home away from home.

Our family has been vacationing at Sunset Beach for the last 30 years. We had a very nice vacation at Sunset beach and enjoyed our stay at this condo. Convenient to the beach, restaurants and Calabash. Everything was exactly as the listing described. The pool areas were very nice and the people we met at the pool and around the complex were very welcoming, whether they were residents or renters.

We have enjoyed this condo several trips now. We love Sunset Beach and all the local restaurants and shops. Great week!

Condo was clean and spacious. We were visiting our sister in Ocean Isle which was just a short drive away. Loved the pool too!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family (two adults and 3 kids). It was clean, spacious, tastefully decorated, and well cared for. All appliances were new and clean. The owner was quick to respond to any questions and obviously cares about his property. The pool was within a reasonable distance for walking and we often had it all to ourselves! The locals were very friendly. Beautiful Sunset Beach was a very easy drive (about 10 minutes from the entrance of the resort) and family fun at Myrtle Beach was about 30 minutes away. The beds were not the most comfortable, but they often aren’t in rentals and I’ve certainly slept on worse. Be prepared to make the beds yourself and to wash the linens (I recommend bringing your own sheets from home so you don’t have to worry with washing/folding sheets before check out). Overall, this was the best condo we have ever rented (and we have rented many)! We would absolutely book this rental again.

Nicely updated condo on a golf course community. Clean and comfortable. The drive to the beach was short and parking was easy. Great local restaurants! Convenient grocery stores. Loved the screened in balcony. Grandson loved the alligators. The pools were a great amenity! Will be staying here in the future!

Our family enjoyed our stay! The property was clean, in a good location, and the owner was very helpful. Both hot tubs were broken during our stay but that was no fault of the owner. We would definitely stay again!!
