Enjoyed our stay. Had some difficulty with the locks at first. The 3rd level staircase is somewhat steep. The manager was very helpful and answered the phone when I called.

This is the second house we have rented from William through VRBO. As with the other property, it is a clean, updated old home. Plenty of comfortable beds, common space and dining area. Two families of 4 fit nicely here. Only downsides are the house being in a somewhat dicey area and the top floor bedroom has an incredibly steep staircase. Definitely not for older folks who could fall easily or for younger kids who would tumble. Owner is very responsive. House is spacious and well kept.

A group of siblings/cousins got together for a weekend reunion. We wanted a place near The Plaza, and found this VRBO. 5 adults and 1 child stayed at the property, with other relatives living in the vicinity coming and going throughout the weekend. The house was a perfect meeting place! There is a fully equipped kitchen. We enjoyed sitting around the living room/dining room visiting and reminiscing. Beds were comfy. Plenty of sleeping accommodations. The bedroom in the attic was undergoing a little construction, but was still usable. There is a grocery store about 4 blocks away, and a very hip, urban coffee shop about a block and a half away. It’s a quick drive to The Plaza for shopping and evening meals. Contact with the host was all done through text message, and was extremely easy. Mention was made in previous reviews of running out of hot water for showers. We staggered our showers between mornings and nights and never had any difficulty. 3 cars can easily be parked in driveway. Street parking is also allowed, although we didn’t have to use it. Neighborhood appears to be undergoing a gentrification process, as was evidenced at the coffee shop. Overall very pleased with the home and our stay.

This house was perfect for a weekend getaway with the girls! We were originally nervous about the neighborhood but felt very safe during our stay! Very clean and well kept home! Communication with the host was a breeze! Highly recommend!

We enjoyed the space. There were more bedrooms than we thought and they were all beautiful. The stairs to the top floor are very steep. We also had 2 large vehicles which were hard to get between the houses but we found plenty of parking. The house is very close to interstate access and Country Club Plaza but still in a transitioning neighborhood.

We had 9 women in town for girls shopping weekend. House was perfect for us- close to shopping & restaurants in The Plaza. Nice neighborhood with close parks & walking/running trails. House is well decorated & well stocked. Would definitely stay here again.

Myself and 9 others rented this house for the weekend and were happy with our stay! The house itself is great and decorated so well. Only thing I would note is that the king bedroom is up a narrow set of stairs, but other than that the beds are comfortable and the house is big, yet cozy. Would recommend!

This house exceeded my expectations. It’s beautifully decorated and clean. William was warm and welcoming an overall amazing host. The house was decorated beautifully! The bathrooms had an abundance of fluffy towel, every single bed was comfortable! We had 4 families ranging from 60 years to 3 months old and there was more then enough space for all of us. You can tell William takes pride in his property and cares that his guests are comfortable.

I really liked this house a lot. It has everything you need on your trip. Excellent for large groups. Recommended

This house was perfect for a family reunion ages 13-50+. Great walk-ability to museum and shopping, nice layout.

The House was really nice and easily slept a group of 10 for a wedding. The property was clean and the beds were very comfortable. There were many clean pillows and clean towels at our disposal. The owner was very easy to get in contact with and the check in process was seamless. I would recommend this property to anyone that would like to visit and be close to WestPort and the Plaza area.

This is our second time staying here! We just love it! It’s a great house, comfortable, clean, spacious .... it’s like the beat kept hidden secret on Troost. Owners easy to work with! Will use it again!

I had a flawless stay! Well put together.

The house was clean and well stocked with linens and towels. Tended to run out of hot water. Could use larger hot water heater for number of people staying. Would have been nice to have a tv on first floor. Had plenty of beds for 11 people to stay . Overall would recommend a nice place to stay and would stay here again. Contacting the manager was really easy.

We really enjoyed the updates and attention to detail of the property. Despite being an older home, the bathroom updates were wonderful. Great tile and fixtures. Everything so clean and felt upscale. Also the beds were incredibly comfortable, linens clean and soft. Also a TV in every bedroom. Convenient location to activites. The neighborhood is a little run down but we felt safe the entire time. The rental host was very responsive and timely to all inquiries and was very helpful.

Aa group of 10 we had a great stay at Williams house. While it’s located in an up and coming area it felt very secure. There was plenty of space, the house was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The property was nice & well equipped fir all 10 of us - plenty of beds & towels - there is some sort of water leak with damage to the wall near the bedrooms, but overall was great.

We had a good time it was close to everything we wanted to do . It was easy to find all around great time. Thanks Derek

The home was perfect-except the laundry room was locked. It wasn’t a problem for us being we were only there a few days. The location is perfect and all of our Uber’s were less than $10. William was super quick to respond and we loved our weekend!
