Overall, a disappointing stay in this property. 1.) When we arrived, BOTH porches were under construction & thus unusable. Still awaiting a partial refund. 2.) Needed multiple visits from maintenance to fix the AC & the washing machine. 3.) Property manager does not answer her phone and is not the fastest to respond via the VRBO app. 4.) The townhouse needs a deep cleaning at least but could stand to be updated. 5.) It does smell like marijuana throughout the property, which was a challenge considering we had a pregnant woman & young child in our party. 6.) The condo is in North Beach, not South Beach - anything you'd want to get to is a 20 min drive & the immediately surrounding area is underwhelming. The property is on the beach which is great but that's really the only redeeming characteristic.

My family and I had a great time in Miami. The townhouse was right on the beach and had two balconies overlooking the pool. The townhouse has a perfect location to get out and explore. We had a car and we parked in the parking lot near by. Free overnight parking about five minute walk away. We had a great time in Miami and loved the townhouse. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for offering your home to us.

The location is prime as there are plenty of things to do nearby without all of the congestion of south beach. Ubers were easy to come by and cheap when we did want to go elsewhere. Townhouse was good and worked for our small group, but could use some updating. Same with the property as a whole, but overall it’s well worth it. I’d recommend this!

The townhouse is spacious and beautiful but, it could use a bit more cleaning and renovations. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The staff was somewhat friendly. Now the check-in part was a hustle. The reservation was made under a different name. Plus, the host had left a note on the system to charge us some extra ridiculous fees, which were never mentioned. She was ignoring my calls, texts, and email. After waiting 3 hours trying to get a hold of her, Vrbo was able to get her on the phone for a few minutes and then hang up. No apologies or explanations were ever given to us. Very disappointed with the management of this property.

The property needs a paint job and some update but it was good place to relax and the pool was great overall I would stay there again and recommend it.. Painting the condo would go a long way

this building is multi-use. Lots of people in and out like a hotel.. This unit is on main floor, so pretty good access, but also lots of people on your entry floor. 2 balconies overlooking pool with ocean view. Great pool, and beach access. That is the reason we booked here and it was as good as promised. Inside the unit, the kitchen is pretty well set. Tons of dishes and cutlery and basics of a kitchen, but could use a new frying pan, everything else from blender to toaster is there. If staying a week, and prefer to cook some meals, this is a good unit. Publics grocery store is down the street where we bought groceries paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper as there was minimal in room. One area that could be improved is cleanliness of the unit. The beds, showers, toilets were fine and clean. However, floors walls, doors, were very dirty, smeared and the futon mattress and chairs have stains. I had to go to the gas station across street for lysol and cleaner for every surface took me a couple hours to clean up but then all good. Huge Pros- in unit washer and dryer, great pool, lots of room for my party of 5. Cons- the level of cleaning and the reports about the patio doors and master bed (king) needing upgrades are all true. Doors very hard to open upstairs patio, and king mattress is very uncomfortable. I would recommend a stay here, I am pretty picky about things being clean, but you expect that for the price. If you want fantastic ocean views, pool for the choppy days, it will not disappoint. Trolly drops right out front, and we did not even get a car. I will be back.

We traveled with a group of 8 including adults and teenagers. The the townhouse was definitely large enough for the group with with the use of the the futon and couch for extra beds. It was great having 3 bathrooms. The views from both balconies were fabulous. The pool was easily accessible as was the beach with a very close walking distance. My only complaints are the lack of towels as we had to wash the towels each day in order to have enough clean towels for everyone and the hotel was not able to give us additional ones. Also there was minimal toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. The Publix grocery store is nearby and convenience store is across the street. The townhouse itself is somewhat dated and but a very nice place because of the views and beach access. I would stay here again.

The property definitely needs work done to it. The other reviews are accurate about not being the same unit as in the picture & issues with the doors to the balcony. We had to go out & buy items that should’ve been there already such as some cooking utensils, towels to bathe with. The parking is valet only which will cost an additional $30/day that they require to be paid upfront when you check in Overall it’s ok, expected more for the price but then again it is the beach where a bottle of OJ is $6 lol Now the VIEW!!!!! is what made any issues mundane. When you can be awoken by the sunrise over the ocean from your bed……that was breathtaking each morning. The beach is less than 100ft from the pool gate.

That unit wasn’t what I thought it’ll be, the beds were hard like a jail bed so I slept on the couch the whole 4 days, there was too many nets flying around upstairs in the bedroom and dead nets in the refrigerator and the toilet didn’t work you have to keep pouring water in the toilet to flush it… the bathroom wasn’t clean at all.. I wouldn’t stay here again the only good thing about this location is the restaurant in the building called chef Anthony kitchen.

All was well but overshadowed by the doors to both very nice balconies required a 400 lb weight lifter to open. The rollers disintegrated years ago.

First I would like to thank Ms. Claudia for her help in turning to rectify the living room tv not working when we arrived at 3am. She responded to our text later that morning and got right to work on it. This was our second time staying with this owner in 5 years. I can say the couch had been updated, but the kitchen needed some work. The cabinets were still the same and a dated. They definitely need to update the pots and pans, two small pans are not convenient when cooking for 5 adults. The sliding doors definitely needed to be replace, they were in their last leg 5 years ago as well as now. Due to the inconvenience of the tv downstairs Ms. Claudia offered us another location, but it could not accommodate our group size and they approved a refund for 1 night. But other than those two things, we enjoyed the location, size and affordability. We will definitely be back. Thanks again Ms. Claudia.

We stayed for four days. Overall, The condo was clean and very spacious. First off, we were not given the same condo that was pictured. It’s an entirely different one with the same layout. I felt that was very misleading and the owners should have the proper pictures according to the property advertised. One of our biggest complaints was that the microwave did not work. After looking at past reviews, others have mentioned the microwave not working, but I assumed it would have been fixed. I reached out to the owner on the first day, and I was told maintenance would come by. Another day went by, and still no microwave. I finally reached out again, and they dropped off a new microwave the day before we were supposed to leave. Another huge issue was the uncomfortable mattress in the master bedroom. Again, many reviews stated how horrible the mattress was. You would think the owner would replace it after so many complaints, but nope! That mattress was so uncomfortable that I ended up sleeping on the couch downstairs. You can feel the springs penetrating your skin after lying there for a while. Also, the personal Wi-Fi for that particular condo did not work. Once I informed the owner, I was instructed to use the public Wi-Fi for the whole building, which is not secured. I felt once again we were misled because I was told there was private Wi-Fi. Also, there were multiple outlets downstairs that did not work. As I mentioned, the condo itself was clean, but there can definitely be a few upgrades to make it not look so worn. One good surprise was all the beach equipment (chairs, umbrellas, blankets, and towels) that was there.

Kelly was much more responsive vis text than previously reviewed. The beach access and pool access are incredible. The property is a different unit than listed. Also the townhouse is very similar, some lights weren’t working, there were some plumbing issues and we had to use the building pubic wifi instead of the unit’s. Location is in quiet area if Miami Beach, so a 20 minute ride to all south beach and Wynwood attractions. Great for large groups that won’t be in the space much. Thank you, Kelly!

Check in was bad- front desk was not aware of my arrival. Had to wait till they contacted owner. Unit was old and needed repairs-steps to second floor loose, rain leaked through master sliders, first floor balcony flooded during rain-unable to use. Living room sofas worn- too creepy to sit on. Pillows on outdoor furniture soaked during rain-unable to sit on them. Was never able to access WiFi even after confirmation with owner.

Location is great for a family! The view from both balconies were perfect. The only thing I'd like to note for future renters, bring extra dish soap, garbage bags, toilet paper, sponge. We really enjoyed our stay there!

Had to pay for parking for the week even after it stated in listing free parking for 1 vehicle and communicating this with host. Still waiting for refund for parking paid. We had no electricity for the first two days and although this is out of the hosts hands she was unavailable this entire time and did not return phone calls. Disappointed with this rental/management but pool and ocean were incredible and we still had a great time.

This was the worst experience of my life at a VRBO. The condo was poorly cleaned, poorly maintained and the whole area reeked like marijuana. Contacted security about the overpowering marijuana smell but they would do nothing. Contacted the owner,zero response. The only nice thing I can say is, it is close to the beach. However the rest was such a negative it was hard to enjoy ourselves. The sliding glass doors barely open to the balconies and the lobby is poorly maintained also. All the chairs in the lobby are ripped and dirty. Trust me when I say you don’t want to rent this place. The online pictures make it look nice, but it’s not.

First time in Miami Beach and we were nervous to use Vrbo for the first time. Honestly we had a minor hiccup at registration/check-in, but Kelly was very prompt in resolving the matter and went above and beyond to make it right! Also the front desk receptionist was incredible as well. The room was so spacious and we had everything we needed. We ended up staying for 12 days and didn’t run out of toiletries or soap to keep everything tidy and clean. The washer and dryer were life savers!!! We did pick up detergent and dryer sheets, as that was not provided, but that was expected.The only complaint I would have is the master bedroom bed was incredibly uncomfortable. We tried to use the mattress from the futon to see if that would help and it was tricky... this is honestly my only gripe. Minor details...the toilets would run, but just jiggle the handle and you’re good to go... classic home stuff that took a bit to get used to. No big deal!The pool and beach are SO close. The view from the balcony was Amazing. I miss it already :( Residents and other guests were all so friendly. We made lots of new friends and met some really cool people.On the boardwalk, there was so much happening.. Colony of cats would come out at night (the colony are taken care of by the city), cool parks for kids, lots of shopping and restaurants really close by.Parking was easy. Valet was not my favorite, but it took some getting used to.711 is right across the street so we loved to get slurpees (we don’t have 711’s where we live so that was a nice inexpensive treat)Not to give you a play-by-play with our trip, I can get wordy, but I thought all the above would be helpful to know because no matter where you stay as long as it’s clean, well kept, and safe you and your family will have the Best time making memories together. Here in Miami Beach, we did just that and today we are sad to be home.. lol

Overall nice place. Tried to connect with manager for access code for the beach, but no reply. It said there was a key for the gate, but now there’s a code instead. All the sliding doors need to be replaced, they were very difficult to open and close. There is an obvious seagull problem. Great view of the pool and ocean.

The location of this property is fantastic! Being able to see and walk to the beach within minutes makes it all worth it. There were some negatives to it as well though. We were told we could check in at 3, but when we arrived were told that they weren’t even aware someone was renting the unit and that we couldn’t get in until 4. When we went to the room at 4:30 the staff was still cleaning. We were then made aware that the previous visitors “trashed the place” and the staff had been cleaning for over 3 hours. They were almost done and didn’t mind us bringing out belongings in at least and by the time we were done they were done cleaning. They were very friendly and did a very good job cleaning. Although we didn’t have any dish towels or extra trash bags, everything else we needed was there. The place could use some quick fixes and upgrades. Tiles were broke or loose, the sliding doors were very difficult to move, the lower curtain did not cover the entire window and the master bedroom mattress could use a replacement. When you’re sitting on either patio the ac unit is directly outside making it very loud and impossible to hear any ocean noise. Overall the location made all these small things worth the stay and seem much less important.

Check in was horrible. The man at the front desk was very unfriendly, short tempered, and didn’t communicate well. When we went into our townhouse, it was freezing. The fan was running continually and it was 61°. So we switched the fan to auto, and immediately everything started forming condensation. So the floors got super slick, the mirrors fogged up, and the counters got wet. The next morning, stuff was still wet as the townhome started to warm up to normal temp. But it felt super gross b/c of the condensation. My 8 year old son asked if we could stay somewhere else. Finally by day 2, the temperature got back to normal and the a/c ran when needed. I don’t know who put the thermostat in the “fan on” position, but they shouldn’t have. The place is super ran down-hasn’t been maintained. Many chipped and broken floor tiles. One of the tiles in the guest bedroom wasn’t even secured to the floor. No lighting over the pass through in the kitchen (picture had a light there). Upstairs patio was totally unusable. It was covered in pigeon poop and feathers and smelled awful. The patio doors are really hard to open. Curtains are not hung well. The banister for the stairs is really gross. Needs to be replaced or the paint stripped and redone. We wouldn’t even touch it. The valet time took an average of 20 minutes to get our vehicle-which was really frustrating. Also, the pool was super cold. But, it is very close to the beach. Some good restaurants within walking distance. I just kept telling my kids that it didn’t look nice, but at least it was pretty clean.

Apartment was very clean! The pool and the beach just a few feet away! The only negative to me is second floor balcony/terrace. Pigeons hangout there. First floor balcony/terrace is excellent(pigeon free). You can sit with no problem. It overlooks the pool and beach. I enjoyed my morning coffee with sunrise during my stay.Kelly/property manager is excellent with responding to any issues in apartment. I had issue with WiFi and Kelly had someone at apartment the next morning to explain/correct the problem.Building staff was "ok". Valet guys were more helpful.Neighborhood is great to walk. Seven/Eleven across the street. Publix supermarket a few blocks away.My family and I had a great time! We hope next time we go to Miami property will be available.
