Recientemente renovado apartamento de un dormitorio ubicado a pasos de la hermosa playa, parque, canchas de tenis, gimnasio, restaurantes, Starbucks y tiendas. Tenemos una cama tamaño queen (con un lujoso colchón con cubierta tipo almohada) y un sofá / futón de cuero con capacidad para cuatro personas. Ofrecemos todos los elementos esenciales, tales como: toallas de baño, champú y acondicionador, toallas de playa, sillas de playa y etc. Un barrio tranquilo y seguro. El lugar perfecto para una escapada de playa relajante.

Amazing trip!! Our host even left a small gift and card to help my fiancé and I celebrate our birthdays. My fiancé found it amazing. God willing, we will book again.

This was such a cute little place and a quick walk to the beach. Lots of construction going on in the area, so a bit noisy, but we would definitely go back.🌴🌅

Although small and size it was perfect for my daughter and I who traveled to Jacksonville to obtain eye surgery. We didn’t want to be in a hotel where it was loud and a lot of people. This was one bedroom of futon slept four, which is perfect for the two of us had a outside porch, which is what she wanted to be able to utilize when she was not able to see she wanted to just enjoy being outside in the sun and the fresh air and not be cooped up in a motel room this exceeded our expectations.

Mandy was very helpful, friendly and fast to respond to any requests or questions. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. Close to the beach. We are looking forward to coming next year..

If you're looking for fancy, this ain't it. It was a cozy, "just right" beach bungalow - not too big, not too small. When I arrived, I noticed a couple of concerns - I messaged Mandy and she IMMEDIATELY addressed and corrected the concerns. Her customer service surpassed any hotel I've ever stayed at.

The house is small but well equipped. The location is very convenient for anybody planning to spend a lot of time on the beach. It is also easy (5-10 minute) walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants.

Great location.. small but quite well appointed space with comfortable bed and futon. The wear and tear was much more than photos and front porch did not seem clean. Mandy was a communicative host.

Good experience, close to beach, great place to have a pet. Only issue was that we wanted to be able to use the back yard for a dog. Back yard was unkept and not usable. High grass, openings under the crawlspace where the dog would climb in, and generally not in good condition. Otherwise it was a great place to stay with a pet.
