This place was amazing. Waking up and watching the sun rise over the ocean while still in bed was beautiful. The residents that we met were great. I would recommend this place if you are in the Daytona area. I would stay here again.

Wonderful views from condo. Owner had me take out a damage insurance policy. A small additional price to pay for an amazing stay. I repaired the glass doors over the kitchen sink, they were falling out when we got there. We left the place cleaner than when we arrived. After I got home, the owner filed a claim against the damage policy for a stovetop glass that was broken when we got there. The property manager pointed out the damage when we arrived. Other than that, I would recommend staying here.

This was our first time staying at this condo and it was great. The views are to die for. The views alone are worth staying here. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. Amazing water pressure in the showers. The condo was well stocked with plenty of towels and wash rags. Appliances are all nice and worked great. Lisa, the property manager is absolutely wonderful. She took us on a full tour of the complex and answered all questions. She was just amazing. The pool and hot tub was super clean. We loved the assigned parking. There are a couple of negatives about the condo. The balcony is very small. Definitely wouldnt work for more thab a couple of people. The only furniture on the balcony was 1 anti gravity chair and a small table. Both were pretty rusty and the chair didnt look safe to sit in. We did bring chairs from the kitchen table to use on the balcony. The master bathroom is EXTREMELY dark and un-inviting. The light fixture that is in there is just not good at all and offers very lottle light. The key fob for the garage door to the underground parking deck didnt work at all so my husband would have to drop me off in the lobby, i would then take the elevator dowb to the garage and manually let him in. It was a pain. We did report it but it was broken all week. There was only 1 elevator that worked. Luckily we had no issues just having the one though since it wasnt super crowded.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The view from our 22 floor condo was spectacular. Condo was well stocked with everything you need. Beds very comfortable. Condo very clean. Lisa the property manager was extremely helpful with entire check-in. We are already taking about returning next year.

The view was absolutely amazing! The river was to the right and the beach and ocean were to the left. I highly recommend this condo to anyone who enjoys a quiet place to stay because we never heard any outside noise.

The check in process was a little worrisome at first because I hadn’t received any check in info from the host the day of check in. I saw some prior reviews saying the host never responded nit they did reach out right before check in. This is the info provided for those that don’t hear from the host for future bookings: “You will meet our local PM, Lisa at the building lobby area for your check-in. Please text or call her at 1-386-562-1547 to inform her of your approximate arrival time on the day of your travel. If you would arrive very late, please make sure to notify Lisa so she will make special arrangements so you would be able to check in regardless when you will arrive.” Lisa was so helpful. We arrived later than expected because of traffic and Lisa was fine for the day, but she left the keys in a secure place. The views from the property are breathtaking. There was a locker in the garage full of beach equipment and the condo was full of plenty of extra pillows and blankets. We took our own laundry detergent to wash as much as we wanted to. The kitchen was also fully stocked. The only complaint is the hot tub was closed our last day and one elevator was out of service which delayed checking out because we had to wait for long periods. The checkout process was easy. Just leave the keys and fobs in the room and be on your way.

THE GOOD: The view was amazing. Especially the city view at night. Morning view was nice also, Sun shined in the living room most of the day (that was a bit of a disappointment) as there were no curtains in that area. Both bedrooms had blinds which were appreciated. Lines were provided with extra blankets Kitchen was nice Bathrooms clean THE DISAPPOINTMENT: Building is extremely old and doesn’t seem to have aged well. One of the 2 elevators were broken most of the time we were there and with 25 floors it was a challenge to catch it without it being packed. We walked 22 flights of stairs with a 5 years twice. Check in wasn’t as planned but we made it through. The unit owner was great with her instructions, but the property manager was out with illness, so we had a “tenant” to show us the things we needed to know. Property manager was also “out of town” on the Holiday weekend, so we had no one to go to in emergencies. We managed, but couldn’t help but pray we didn’t need anything major. Sink in MB stopped up several times. So we quit using it - there wasn’t anyone to help us get it fixed. Furniture on balcony was rusted at the bottom and broken, that’s a health hazard. Fire alarm was missing from the wall. Logins for the app TVs we’re a hassle. Soaps and bath washes were not single use (gross) MB vanity had another’s stuff in it (gross) Refrigerator does not have ice or water Residents seemed annoyed by visiting families.

The condo was very clean and the view was breathtaking. Only issue was both bathroom sinks drained very slow so it was a task brushing your teeth. Also the showerheads were moved away from the opening of the shower and you were unable to move them. Kind of uncomfortable if you are over 5"8. The washer and dryer were great! Very nuch needed. We will definitely stay again if we visit again

Loved this condo. Great views. Beach was wonderful and the pool was warm. Quiet time of the year which we liked or maybe this area is quieter than New Syrmerna where we usually stay. Secure building. Property manager was handy. There is a secure covered parking space with the condo which we couldn’t use because our vehicle was over 6 feet. So be aware. We were there for the weekend and disappointed that no coffee was supplied. Also no dishwasher tabs were supplied and only one clothes washer tab. Masterbath dark and dated. But we would definitely stay here again.

Great experience and location. The property manager was friendly, efficient, and helpful. Location, view, and amenities are spectacular. My girlfriends and I just walked on the beach, sat in the hot tub and ate great food. Wonderful, relaxing, time.

Great place, clean and secure. All building employees encountered were very nice. Nice restaurant and bar in the building. Unit was clean and well appointed.

Was so nice and the views breathtaking. I only wished for carpet or more rugs. When we arrived the master bedroom the bed wasn’t made but the owners made it right with a $100 gift card and that helped tremendously. Would love to come again

Let me start by saying that the view is everything!!!! Waking up to it every morning was quite the experience. The unit smelled nice and was clean. The kitchen doesn't really open into the living room but doesn't take away from the stay. The pictures make the living/dining area look big. It was surprisingly small. The washer dryer is full size and definitely came in handy. The secure parking in the garage was a definite plus. Everyone we encountered on the property were friendly. Lisa was great. There is no trailer parking so if you pull motorcycles there, you will have to find a place to park your trailer. The only super negative I encountered was communicating with the host who never responded to me about getting access to the property. She never even told me what unit it was and didn't answer when I called. Luckily, after showing Lisa pictures of the unit, she knew which unit it was and tooke upstairs to it Also, one person in my party for stuck in the elevator between floors for about 20 minutes on our last night there. The tub/shower is a little outdated but I would definitely stay there again. The location was perfect for my needs.

Spectacular view indeed! All the appliances worked and the condo was clean. Couple of annoyances include the refrigerator smelling fishy and plugged bathtub. Bathtub was fixed the next day but the refrigerator smell remained even after another round of cleaning.

Everything was fantastic. The property manager, Lisa, met us at the door upon our arrival and showed us the entire property and all of the amenities. The view was amazing and the place was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and our boys had a blast too.

The views of this Condo are amazing!! Everything was as described in the Property listing . Check-in process was smooth, and Property Manager was friendly and informative. I would highly recommend this Property, plenty of room.

The entire stay was wonderful. From the great condo and facilities to the weather, beach and the restaurants. Everything was just the best time ever!

A little bit better explanation of how to check in, how to use fobs for entrance and exit, and a few more details about the condo itself would have been helpful. Overall nice place small or good enough for a couple or two or a small family. Also would have been nice to know what kind of odds and ends with respect to food and beach supplies already existed in the condo. Finally the checkout procedure was a little difficult to understand but it all worked out in the end

The view is spectacular. The condo is in excellent shape and is as appears in photos. The only disappointment with our stay was that the pool was not available. The online description says there is a heated pool but due to renovations, the pool and the deck around the pool, the deck overlooking the beach and lounge chairs were not available. It would have been nice to know that before we booked and arrived. there is remodeling ongoing in the building and parking garage, but it's not an inconvenience at all.

The condo was recently remodeled , with all new appliances beds, electronics etc. I have rented condos every year in Daytona since 2010, and this is one of the nicest I have stayed in. I highly recommend it .

The condo, on the 22nd floor has awesome views of the river and beach! The building is centrally located in Daytona Beach Shores. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were pleasantly decorated. The washer and dryer looked brand new and the living room furniture was as displayed in the photos. The kitchen appliances and pots and pans were great. However, the dishes and silverware looked like they were original to the 1970's building! The Keurig was a nice touch. We had an issue with the thermostat and the owners promptly addressed our concerns. The unit was advertised as "open floor" plan, but the kitchen was not open to the living room at all. When I see the words "open floor plan", I picture the kitchen and living room being in one large space. The building has been around for many years, but it was well maintained. And the reserved parking space was a plus!
