Wish we could've spent more time onsite to explore pool/beach but we used as more of a home base to meet with friends at another location. Comfortable beds and kitchen well stocked. Favorite was sitting out on the patio for breakfast!

Place is as advertised. Clean and comfortable. Well equipped. Easy access to beach. Unit is on 3rd floor with convenient elevator. Friendly - older age group guests. Very quiet.

Enjoyed our stay at Sand Cay Resort. It is conveniently located near lots of great restaurants and near great shopping at St Armand Circle at Lido. Nice property!

Location is awesome. Right on Gulf. Great facilities too. Pool, tennis/pickle ball.

Kim's apartment was clean and cozy. Kim responded quickly to our inquiry and readily accommodated our request to come a day earlier. The on site property management office was responsive as well. The living space is comfortable but the bathrooms are quite small. We enjoyed our stay despite the cold weather.

We enjoyed the Sand Cay Resort and the condo had everything we needed. We especially loved being on the beach.

Our flight got delayed and we needed a late check out property managers made everything happen. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

We had an incredible stay Kim’s condo in Longboat Key. The condo was perfect for our family. It was spacious and provided a fantastic view of the pool area and Gulf of Mexico. We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay at this Sand Cay Resort. You cannot beat the location just steps from the private beach which was amazing with the soft white sand, warm ocean water, gentle waves, and plenty of room to set up our tent and chairs with ample space around us. We were pleasantly surprised by multiple sightings of dolphins swimming by, and even had a manatee come swimming by us! The unit was very well stocked and taken care of, very clean, comfortable and spacious for three adults. The Dry Dock restaurant was our favorite dining experience. Excellent view outside on the water, and kept cool with commercial fans. We opted for a relaxing vacation but also liked that just down the road you could find plenty of music venues, bars and excursion opportunities. Publix is right down the road making it easy to stock up to cook some meals as well. Also the staff at the front desk are super nice and accommodating. We loved our vacation and highly recommend!

We were able to get to the beach for a weekend getaway which was wonderful. The only issues we noticed was the condo was clean but the floors could have been swept better- found chips/pretzels under the chair in the living room and some dusting of dresser/electronics would also be nice. Just a thought to mention to cleaning service. Thanks for letting us use your condo!

I absolutely loved the view of the ocean from the balcony! Easy to walk to the pool and the beach. We also love that it had a tennis court and a laundry room. I will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend!

Loved being close to the beach. Plenty of chairs on beach to relax on. Enjoyed playing pickleball, shuffleboard, and swimming also. The condo was well furnished. Everything we needed to fix breakfast and dinner. There were 6 beach towels and beach toys provided. I would definitely go here again.

The condo was well decorated and clean. We were on the 3rd floor so we could see the pool, tennis court, and the gulf! The only issue was no working TV in the 2nd bedroom and the bed is so close to the closet that it made it impossible to use. I used the single bed as the closet which worked out fine. We are booked for February!

Clean, updated condo in a great location. The furniture and beds were comfortable and seemingly new. The deck had a great view of the property and the beach in the distance. We really enjoyed the private beach and pool - both were relatively quiet with plenty of chairs for guests. Kim was a responsive and gracious host. Highly recommend this condo!

We had a 4 adults in the unit and it was perfect for our stay. We loved that we can walk to the beach right on he premises! Enjoyed our stay and would love to go back soon!

It is a great location. Walk to the beach or use the pool. Very quiet. Close to shopping and restaurants The condo was very open and roomy except for the bathrooms. It was very difficult for adults to dry off after showering because it is very tight in the bathrooms. The set up in the secondary bedroom with 2 twin beds made it very difficult to access the closet

We enjoyed this property very much. It was very clean, had new couches and chairs and a well stocked kitchen. It was very close to excellent restaurants, a CVS and publix. The staff was excellent and the landscaping was pristine. Beach chairs are stacked on the beach, 6 beach towels are in your unit, and beach umbrellas. The only thing that would have made it better was a tiki bar on the beach! Ha! 😃
