Awesome place very private part of beach really enjoyed our stay

Cute little place right on the beach. Only stayed a few days but would of definitely loved to have stayed longer. Would rent again

My husband and I enjoyed our trip to Longboat Key. The condo was an excellent location and we enjoyed the view very much. I would recommend for a couple who are looking for a nice getaway.

Robert’s property was so nice and a great location! We had everything we needed and everything was very comfortable. The communication and checkin process was seamless. As advertised, we saw dolphins and beautiful views! Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful time and the beach location is perfect. We would stay again. It is rather small, which was fine for myself and my husband. The bathroom is small with poor lighting. We are outside people, so that was not an issue. Thank you and we visit again soon. Michele C.

The condo is very small, but it was enough room for 2 people. It wasn’t as clean as we thought it should/could be especially when guests pay a hefty cleaning fee and have to strip the beds, etc. upon departure. But…the view was worth it! Right on the ocean as described. Great location. Close to St. Armand Key which is a really great little town.

Great location. Property is clean and everything is in order. Plenty of towels and supplies. Communication with owner is great. It’s a little cozy with a teenager and a tween girls with all their toiletries and stuff so space was a challenge.

Our time away was fantastic! The condo was the perfect location, clean, and well stocked with the necessities. We enjoyed our accommodations and our time away. The sunsets were breathtaking from our balcony each evening.

This was a short 2-night stop for my wife and I between staying in Tampa and then driving on to Miami. The check in process was super simple. The place is small, but perfect for 2 and you simply cannot beat the view and direct access to the beach. Sunset is amazing sitting out on the balcony. We didn't use the heated pool it was nicely maintained. Wonderful area on Longboat Key, with a Publix grocery store just about a mile down the road.

The property was very clean. Our condo was steps away from the beach. We really enjoyed our stay at this location.

My family and I had a great weekend. The location is simply breathtaking. The room was great very nicely equipped with everything a family would need. We will be returning.

Really enjoyed our stay here. 4 of us including 2 kids. Jsut enough room and steps to beach and pool. The owner was always available to answer questions and everyone was really friendly! We usually stay in Anna Maria And it does have more things to do And places to eat but this location to beach access And having chairs right on beach was fantastic. The beach is not crowded the water is gorgeous! The decorations at the room are so cool amd we had everything we needed in kitchen. The only negative is the No washer and dryer in unit, you have to share which was not a huge issue, if it was being used we jsut came back later to check . Truly a gem place to stay ! Will definitely come back !!!

The view from the second story balcony of the ocean was beautiful. We had a good view of dolphins from there. The beach is soft white sand, and we appreciated the fact it is pretty private and not overly crowded. Romantic walks along the beach. The condo was clean upon arrival, Tetyana and Robert were available as needed. The condo was lovely. We enjoyed eating at Dry Dock and Shore nearby, and going into Sarasota. A most perfect vacation and we hope to return.

Bugs! Got up during the night to use bathroom only to find bugs crawling on the floor! Yikes! Contacted the owners / they said they would call someone to come and spray. We waited all day but no one came. So we slept with the lights on the second night. It was a 2 night stay so we promptly left the next morning. Needless to say it ruined our stay. The little unit is neat and tidy, but needs a deep clean. The beach is nice, though. FYI, save hundreds by booking directly on site.

This place was perfect for me my son and my sister (30, 6 and 23 yo). The pool was heated and the beach was amazing, they have umbrellas and chairs for us to use. The room had a cooler and beach toys for us! There is a Publix/CVS/Liquor store close by on the island. The shops at St Armand are awesome and have great restaurants to eat at! Loved the decor of the place!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the accommodation and it’s great location on the white sand beaches of Longboat Key.

My husband and I frequent the Key every year. . This resort and unit was the closest to the beach we have been at. Amazing front ocean view . Steps to beach. Unit was small but efficient . Host responds quickly. Lots of staples ie towels, beach towels, laundry and dish detergent and soap products. Would rent again. Great location ie a mile to Publix and tennis courts.

Loved the location and view from balcony. Weather wasn't great but we still had a great time and enjoyed this property.

My wife and I went down to Florida for our anniversary. We found this place and liked the decor and location. It’s a very short walk to the beach. We found many beautiful shells, sand dollars and a small piece of white corral. I would Robert’s place for vacation.

We had an amazing vacation here! The beach was absolutely beautiful. Loved waking up to see dolphins almost every morning. We got to see 4 jellyfish rite outside it was awesome. The people that were there were super nice and quiet, locals were also super nice. The property owners were SO nice, got back with us with anything we needed and within minutes every time. I had also forgot clothes there and she was working with me to get them back to me (before our flight got canceled). I couldn't have asked to a better stay, view and overall just an amazing trip. Everything we needed/wanted was within minutes away. Grocery store was rite down the street, we rented a boat for the day, went shopping.. If you are on the fence about this property.. DO IT. I was worried about bringing a baby on vacation (i don't get out much) and I was beyond happy and will be back.. Did I mention they also had a pack -n- play for the baby to sleep in?? Also worked with us for early arrival and a few extra hours later departure with plane rides getting re arranged after booking.. We will return :). Thank you for having us!

This was the perfect spot for three nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It was clean the views were incredible and the beach was beautiful. Wow it was an awesome host and even left a bottle of champagne for us.

Such a quaint little place. It was like our own little piece of heaven. We will surly come again.

I made a quick trip to FL for a work function and decided to stay in VRBO location instead of a hotel. The Longboat Key condo was such a wonderful place to stay and had a beautiful view of the ocean. I will definitely return to this location!
